Geocaching and travel are my two big passions. Come along with me as we explore some awesome geocaches, and the journey it takes to get to them.
SOMEONE MADE A GEOCACHE OUT OF THAT?! | Exploring South Vancouver's Excellent Parks
After a day of hard work, I decided to unwind and find a few geocaches in Vancouver. I headed to south Vancouver near the Langara Golf course. There were some creative geocaches, and the odd DNF, but in the end, it was good to get out on the trails to find a few #geocaches.

There are many beautiful places on this planet, and Whistler BC is definitely one of them. In this episode, I sought out the geocaches with the views! I took the Whistler Mountain gondola up to the alpine, explored, and crossed over to Blackcomb Mountain on the famous Peak to Peak gondola! It was an epic day of exploring, geocaching, and simply enjoying the beautiful mountain backdrop around me...
ADVENTURES TO TOFINO! | Geocaching on the Wild West Side | Exploring With Friends

I haven't been to Tofino in quite some time. This town is located on the west side of Vancouver island on the edge of the massive wide open Pacific Ocean. I joined up with Zeppelin94 and Craig to explore this windswept town. #adventure #geocaching #explore #nature #vancouverisland #tofino #geocachingadventures
NORTH VANCOUVER'S (not so) HIDDEN GEM | Lynn Creek's Crystal Clear Water | Forest Geocaching
มุมมอง 12228 วันที่ผ่านมา
In this episode, you'll see me brave some rather cold water in Lynn Creek on a beautiful summer day, though the water did not feel as summer-like! North Vancouver has an amazing array of hiking trails throughout the mountains to the north, the North Shore mountains. See what I experience, and find out in the woods today. #geocachingadventures #geocaching #adventure #nature

I am back on Bowen Island! This time armed with a drone, and a better camera! In this episode, I explore both sides of the island, from Snug Cove to Galbraith Bay. This is a place with epic scenery, some great places to eat, and also an array of excellent geocaches. I also needed to replace one of my geocaches on the island, so take a look at what I saw when checking out Bowen Island! #geocachi...
GEOCACHING UP A MOUNTAIN! | Hiking, and the Site of A Wreck from 1954 | Grouse Mountain Exploring
มุมมอง 589หลายเดือนก่อน
Another epic adventure up North Vancouver's Grouse Mountain, also known as "the peak of Vancouver." In this adventure, you'll see me hike the Skyline trail. It is a path that goes straight up Grouse Mountain with few switchbacks. There is a geocache series up this trail, which also lead me to the site of a 1954 fighter jet crash. I'm stoked to share my experiences with all my fun folks on TH-ca...

Cool stump. Very unique. I would be hoping the cache wasn't in the smaller pipe. :) Two DNFs...bummer. Beautiful area after the pipe disaster. Congrats on finding the multicache. Thanks for sharing your trip with us.
Hahahahaha geocaching.....
did the rain ever come? Was that snow you walked by on Blackcomb? Thanks for the tour.
Some really cool locations you found there. In my younger days I would’ve had no problem exploring culverts and tunnels like that. But I’m more apprehensive now. That multi in the tree is an inspiring hide.
@@JustCarloGeocaching culverts and spiders 🕷 I always end up walking into a web
Snakes why did it have to be snakes 😅
@@BrentSmithsimrebel more than one nope rope!
That snake had some good timing 😝 🐍
That was exhausting just watching I would of died
Wow. I thought your snow and rainy forest adventures were harrowing, but this…you really did a great job at building up the tension on the way to the peak. I would get pretty frustrated looking for a cache among all the rocks. What an adventure. Thanks for documenting and sharing!
Thank you so much! I put a lot of consideration into this video. DNFing that cache just means I can check out that view again! 😂 But yeah, it was frustrating. Thanks for watching! I hope to do another video in this area again.
I got the FTF of the same cache owner at the airport! Congratulations!
Been their back in the day free parking and kayaks that could ride under trailers rode free nice perks
Personally, I really appreciate your geography facts! We were in Tofino maybe a couple of weeks after you, and found some of those caches.
Right on! Yeah I keep meaning to do more of those fun geography facts. Thanks for watching!
Great to see u both! We had a good time hosting you in Port Alberni. See u again
Thank you for hosting! See you again!
Loved the Fraser facts at the beginning!
Oh hey lol I tried to do this just last weekend, walking across mayne. Unfortunately I had a bit too much to drink before leaving home 😂 don't remember a thing, all I have to remember is a new hat and some pictures
Great video as always! Another fun fact about huckleberries. They are often found growing in old stumps of trees.
this is what goes in my brain 24/7. the same wavelenght
You look like jj from obx omg
@user-xg3zt1ju2n Haha! I had to look him up. Yeah I suppose I kinda do!
I have a profound fear of swimming in lakes and rivers like what you did here. LOL!
I had one big thing on my mind... leeches!

Subscribed! Looking forward to more drone footage!
Excellent series Keats94. Keep on keepin' on.
Well done trailer! Looking forward to seeing you on your adventures!
Heart of the Forest!!! We spent years scheming up ways to try and get to that cache. We finally made our attempt and what an expedition it was! So satisfying to actually find it. Probably one of my best geocaching moments ever.
I just looked up the cache you replaced and I DNF'd it back in 2015. So I'll have to go back.
I love Bowen Island! Good job, Keats
Looks like that was a pretty fun intense hike! Weird that the pilot would think he was over Tacoma when he was that far north. Such a sad story. :(
Good content but I think 4k would bring more viewers.
@@betterfuture09 Thank you! I do appreciate the feedback. I do all my editing through my phone, and sometimes memory space is a premium, so I have to upload in a lower resolution, which I really want to change. I'll strive to upload with clearer imagery.
What a great trail! Glad to see you made it to the top. Thanks for showing us the bears. Did you take the gondola down?
Yeah I captured a fun little time-lapse on the way down!
You need to hit up Japan and go on a bullet train. I was on one back in 2000 but that was before caching and vlogging but I think I might have some 8mm video footage somewhere. :P I did film some from the regular subway trains when I was there last year though.
Looked like a beautiful train. Love adventure labs when we are travelling.
I am three squares short of filling my first Fizzy grid. I am in Portland (and often Seattle) so it should be done soon.
Speaking of beach-based caches in that area, any thoughts on a Sea Hag episode? Or are you worried about getting flagged for expletive language on your channel? 😂😂
Haha! Perhaps I can interview the CO to really get some intel on such an incredible hide! 😆
It's all about Bellingham, man.
Tweakers, welfare, and seaguls.
I could've ran up and said HI and teamed up with you. YOU should've gone into the Funko store and made a Funko of yourself. It was fun watching this because I was saying, "Yep, found that... and that." :)
@Komikino haha! Well next time we'll team up for sure! I actually didn't know you lived in the Everett area pre-filming. With Funko HQ, I'll definitely be back!
@@GeocachingKeats94 I live south of there but too far away. :)
Awesome video. Hope to Make My trip soon!
I’m in Everett this week! We live near Portland.
@heatherabusneineh6281 Awesome! I hope to make a trip to Portland too by train! I've been there a couple times, quite the neat city.
We’ve been to Everett a few times, Funko HQ included. Did you know that their minor league baseball team plays at Funko Field? I remember finding a golf ball cache hidden in the hole of a putting green in front of a business/church close to downtown if I recall correctly.
@aPlant4 I didn't know of Funko Field, very cool. I'll need to go back to check out more of the city!
Good job
Good job i would never found it
@Gingerbread_YTPro With experience, it gets easier.
Shorts are the way these days
That was the most banana-looking banana slug I’ve ever seen. Pretty ripe. 😂
Del Monte fresh!! 😆
Great man hope this goes viral
Congrats on the 100th episode! Nice usage of the drone.
Great day for toddling around Burnaby Mountain.
How is that a T5 ? Lol
Hey Keats, I'll have to try Hullo when I am back to the west coast. I wonder if they have a route to Salt Spring?
@@home-is-where-your-tent-is No route to Saltspring (yet). Just Nanaimo for the time being. I really hope more routes will be added! Thanks for watching!
I am working on filling my Mystery cache calendar. July needs many dates filled, but I made it through June.
Keep at it! Once you've finished, it's very gratifying to have the full grid filled. It gets more challenging if you've already solved and found mystery caches in your area however. Best of luck!
Unknown date found year grid! Great job, it's really only recently become a challenge that's relatively accessible for a lot of geocachers; depending of course on how many puzzle caches and dense series are published in a nearby vicinity :) and how much patience you've to NOT find geocaches and save them for those 'hole' dates, lol
Thank you! It took great patience, and a bit of stress to get through the year, but it was worth it!
I have cached in the rain before but not in a mess like what you caching in here. :O Critter Cache Chew! LOL! Nice fake stump cache. Awesome shots and scenery in this video. This is the type of hike that I would've wanted to go with a friend just in case something went bad. :O
You drew me into this adventure and I am exhausted along with you. Great video and scenery.
Thank you! It was quite the experience!
