This channel is devoted to filming steam, freight and passenger trains. I have filmed Amtrak, Septa, Metro-North, Norfolk Southern, CSX, NYSW, BNSF, Union Pacific and NJ Transit trains including the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail, the Newark Light Rail and the River Line. I also film special events such as A Day Out With Thomas, the Polar Express Train Ride and the Toys For Tots Train. I upload videos all the time so please subscribe if you enjoy watching train videos!
Amtrak Acela Flies in Between 2 Trains | 3 Way Meet, Double Ended Train & More Amtrak & NJT Action
Here is a video from fall 2023 of Amtrak and NJ Transit trains at Metropark Station along the Northeast Corridor. First I saw Amtrak ACS-64 639 leading a Northeast Regional train to Boston, MA. Soon after, NJ Transit ALP-45A 4540 (40 Years of Rail Operations) came pulling a train to NY Penn Station. Then an Amtrak Acela raced through the station heading to Boston, MA. Shortly after, NJ Transit ALP-45DP 4523 (Air Force) pulled into the station on its way to Trenton. Then a double ended Amtrak Keystone Service train pulled into the station on its way to Harrisburg, PA. ACS-64 613 was leading and 628 was bringing up the rear. Soon after, Amtrak ACS-64 660 came into the station pulling a Northeast Regional train to Roanoke, VA. As 660 was pulling into the station, a NJ Transit train pulled in at the same time with ALP-45DP 4517 pushing heading to NY Penn Station. While 660 was stopped and 4517 was getting ready to depart, an Amtrak Acela raced in between the two trains on its way to Washington, DC. Shortly after, NJ Transit ALP-46A 4660 came leading a train to NY Penn Station. Finally, Amtrak ACS-64 664 pulled a Northeast Regional train into the station on its way to NY Penn Station.

On May 25, I saw Reading & Northern 4-8-4 2102 pulling the Iron Horse Rambles. I chased it to a few locations between Jim Thorpe and Port Clinton, PA. Listen for stack talk as 2102 begins to climb the grade out of Jim Thorpe!

On March 17, I saw the SU100 in daylight along the Southern Tier in Otisville, NY. NYSW SD70M-2 4066 was leading with 4064 and SD40-2 3018 trailing.

On April 23, I saw a few rush hour trains at Mount Arlington Station. First I saw a deadhead train with NJ Transit ALP-45DP 4532 on its way to Port Morris Yard. Then I saw ALP-45DP 4516 pushing a train to Hoboken. 4516 met with ALP-45A 4537 down the line. 4537 was pulling a train to Hackettstown.

On April 27, I went to the Day Out With Thomas event at the Essex Steam Train & Riverboat in Essex, CT. New Haven 2-8-2 3025 was on one end of the train while Thomas was on the other. Percy was on display at the station.
NJ Transit ALP-46 4609 (Ride With Pride) Gets Blocked By ALP-46A 4642 on the Morris & Essex Line

On May 26, I saw two trains at Morristown Station along the Morris & Essex Line. First I saw NJ Transit ALP-46A 4642 pulling a train to Dover. Then ALP-46 4609, the ride with pride unit came around the bend while 4642 was stopped at the station. 4642 was beginning to depart as 4609 was pulling in. I was able to see 4609 departing the station down the line.

On April 9, I saw some rush hour trains at Gillette Station along the Gladstone Branch Line. First I saw a deadhead with NJ Transit Arrow III's heading to Hoboken. On November 12, there were two trains operating at the New Hope Railroad. GP30 2198 was pulling one and GP9 8218 was pulling the other. First I got to see 2198 on its way to Lahaska.
