So good to see a tour on "unsuitable " bikes. Anyone can tour on a modern multigear, lightweight, road, touring or atb. All credit to you. I use my 1970 BSA most days. Love 3 speed Sturmey archer hub gears. Mine has a larger rear sprocket to lower the gearing :-) Thank you for making and sharing your videos with us. Respect.

Scooters with blue licence plate are allowed on cycle paths. Scooters that have those blue licence plates are not allowed to go faster then 25km/h. If they do then police will test out your scooter and fine you if it doesn`t meet criteria. Scooters that go faster then 25km/h have yellow licence plate and must go on regular roads.

you do know that you cycle on the opposite side of the road and in cycle lanes to the uk.

I have just come back from cycling from the Hoek to Harlaam with my 11 year old Son. It was an amazing experience. It was nice to recognise a lot of the places we went through. Good job Guys.

I really enjoyed the greater London sightseeing tour in the first seven minutes or so! I haven’t been to the UK in years yet I believe I can still feel some of London’s unique vibe. Watching this revived that feeling.

The dune area you passed through is a water win area(don't know the English word) where water from the river Maas 100km away is pumped into via underground pipes. Then it is filtered by the sand and pumped back up for further treatment to become our tap water. After the dunes you went straight through my town Sassenheim, tulips can best be visited first 3 weeks of April after that they get chopped as the farmers are after the bulbs only, flowers are used for the flower parade(bloemencorso in Dutch) 3rd Saturday of April or for pig food. The canal between A'dam and Utrecht is the connection between A'dam and the Rijn(Rhine) river. You have to be a bit careful with the roundabouts though, inside city limits you have right of way on the roundabout but outside city limits traffic from the right has right of way and traffic on the roundabout has to yield. Nice footage 👍🏻

Now this is what I like to see. I am Dutch and rather see these restoration/upcycling videos than any new bike reviews. This is way more interesting and needed i.m.o. Inspirational! Also like your travel videos...your 4 day London-NL trip got recomm. by YT and is well made with good quality drone footage, overall image quality, camera positions, editing, I think. The resto(mod)/upcycling videos are the ones that made me subscribe.

Why do you not install the fenders? You are in the UK, and like the Netherlands it rains a lot. Mudguards are NOT an optional extra, they an integral part for any bicycle that is useful as transport. I absolutely hate it the English speaking world see a bicycle as 'a toy or as an recreational vehicle'. The are just a tool to move from one place to the next, be that shopping, work, a daily driver, or a sport equipment.

Did the reverse 45 years ago , with a friend on Dutch gearless bikes, with Dutch bicycling paths still mainly the square tiles one nowadays seldom encounters an English bike paths a still dreamed of future .. carrying a full set of 70's camping gears with us .. spend a day in south London to find a repairman that could straighten my friends rear wheel after the road coming from the Thames ferry was found to be beyond its capabilities of dealing with broken pavement ..
