Back when this first release I was going through what I thought was the worst year of my entire life. This song was on loop on my headphones everywhere I went, specially when me and my parents had to get in the car and cover long distances. I still remember crystal clear all the thoughts that crossed my mind with this playing as a background of everything. Now I'm again faced with what I think it's my worst year for real and I get this recommended in my feed, I was like "there's absolutely no way" but it was and here I am after all these years, listening to this again. I just hope the next time I listen to this song is for pure nostalgia purposes and I don't have any other moments as tough as these...

It's so weird coming back to this song after so long. Despite loving this when I was younger (and still loving it now) I just never remembered this song until now. I was around 13 years old and just starting middle school when I first found out about this song, and now I'm 19 just starting college (still just a kid so it feels like it's been so long). It's a shame I got this song from Cry, but regardless, the song itself is so good and it's so nice to come back to.
