Only wear what you feel comfortable in. If something makes me feel self-conscious then I don't wear it. That has helped my anxiety a lot
Yes this is a good way of looking at it! Sometimes it’s good to push yourself out of your comfort zone but only when you feel ready or ok too! I’m with you on wearing things I feel comfortable in though 👏🏼
@@algustar Cool 🙂 I wear new clothes indoors, first, and walk around my flat and look at myself in mirrors. If there's any anxiety then I don't wear outside. I take them back to the shop!!😆
