So many great things and real knowledge , this is the difference between training in western way and Chinese way , some people are doing only the visual movements, but real meaning and significance is in the details and invisible internal work and the principles of the old methods and techniques told and explained by real master.

His knowledge of the 3 gr8 internal styles is profound. I am grateful for finding HAI YANG.

Great first interview! The world needs more quality information about Choy Li Fut kung-fu, the only style that allegedly went to Thailand and defeated Thai boxers! Can you guys go back and ask Sifu Wong Fu Yan how his style of CLF differs from Buk Sing? Or rather, what techniques does Hung Sing emphasize that Buk Sing does not? If you watch the Lacey Brothers (Vince and Dave Lacey) they're CLF demonstrations are also very good. I actually only finally understood the real power of CLF strikes after seeing their demonstrations on a TV show in San Francisco.

Great style really like what I see :)> If you want to feel incredible explosive power BajiQuan is where it is at :)> The sensitivity drill reminds me of the tiger punches from BajiQuan, you punch with the scapula arms extended hip width stance, holding both fists out in front of you, both arms straight rolling your shoulders which makes your fists move in small circles then you suddenly twist from the hips projecting one of your fists forward as your torso turns side on the back to centre then turn the other way to project out the other fist which shortens the other arm like thrusting a spear you use this movement to throw punches it is quite hard to do properly with power. Thanks to all involved in this clip :)>
