As a person who once stood in a bathtub with bare feet and tried to install a bathroom vent with live wires - this also rings true for the regular physical current that runs through you (when you disregard safety and prepare mentally to be shocked and blowing some fuses in your own body).

namaste devi mayi ma Deeoky grateful for the response to the question im re listening to it because i couldnt hear the full response and also doing the guided meditation Because i watched it yesterday but had to leave you know i had a question or two im not sure the second is a question or a realization and just wanted to hear your thoughts or solutions to it Ok so the question is how can one be in sadhana in non sadhana time like outside of the structured time of mindful breathing or walking meditation or kriya yoga how can one empower his divine presence at those times and grow and increase his energy at those times this is one One thing i also noticed that i have a deep energy habit that " Disassociate " or enter into a trance lie state to resist the necessary action tat might lead to a true awakening , this tendency often lead to false surrender and the false surrender usually lead me in some rut Can you say something on this Such a beautiful satsang Thank you so much Namaste ❤🙏
