I think this level, The Ark on halo 3 and metropolis or the Arbiter on halo 2 are my favorite levels plus the entirety of halo 3 odst and reach all the levels in those 2 are memorable
Out of all the Halo games... Halo 2 is my favorite! I like all the missions and how you can switch between Chief and the Arbiter!
