Hi, I’m Viviana Almas, a Lithuanian-American director, filmmaker, and photographer based in London. I work with analog techniques like 16mm and Super 8 film to transform ordinary objects into surreal and dreamlike scenarios. My projects explore human nature, perception, and the absurd, blending fiction with handmade costuming and found objects.

I’ve collaborated with sound artist Ignas Balčius to add rich textures to my films, which have been showcased at venues like Anthology Film Archives (NY), The Blunk Space (SF), and Truman Brewery (London). My work has also been featured in Sober Magazine and Arts News.
