Fun fact: slime is not corrosive itself, it releases digestive enzymes when someone touches it and that is what kills us, this is because when you stun it with a flash grenade it will no longer be able to harm you even if you touch it The same thing is supposed to happen when you play music with the boombox but it is bugged and the code does not execute

What happen if you put the boombox down…? Does it froze inplace…? If it does… that'd be really good cause slime blocking fire or main gate is just curse.

Quick heads up for anyone trusting this, they slime does not become friendly at all. It just follows the music and vibrates, but it will still kill you. Its neat for putting a slime in the corner so its out of the way, especially if there are multiple, but its by no means a way to make a slime harmless unless you distance yourself from the boombox. Solves the issue of slimes spawncamping the front door though!
