Great video!! mods are fantastic.
Where can I get a Philips wrench? LOL Seriously you should know the product, and grammar before you review a product. What are the tools and their functions? I'm not going to negative ding you , but come on.
Good job, did you weight the tube after adding additional metal parts?
Where can I get the aluminum base?
www.austrev.com/
I would suggest you put a little silicone lube on the threads of the ends vs an oil-base lube. The rubber/neoprene o-rings will breakdown sooner with any petroleum based lube; silicone lube won't. The other concern I have about this remarkable stick is whether or not the compass can be trusted being around a ferrous metal. This was something we were taught in the military to accurately identify true magnetic North. I hope to own one of these soon.
Great job. I just got mine delivered yesterday. Love it!
Looks like the 80s kids Rambo knife lol
Mine finally came in after nearly a month, getting the Customer Service to send me a shipping notice took most of that time. Finally had to file a case through PayPal for a refund to get them to send what I wanted, they had just made a label for that day and had not yet shipped, but they did and I tracked it through UPS until it was handed over to the USPS for final delivery locally. Once I got it, I inspected it and everything was what I expected, so I dropped by case against them through Paypal. Here is the good, bad, and ugly about this product. Nice fit and finish, but to keep the threaded connectors from squeaking while unscrewing or screwing together, I applied a thin coat of vaseline, which did the job. An inspection of all the tools showed most of them being good, like the blades are sharp, but two tools needed my attention with a grinding wheel. The harpoon is good, no problem, the short two prong (frog gig?) with saw needed the points sharpened to make it a good sticker, and the saw needed minor grinding to make it really cut like a saw. There is also a short V end notch tool. That one required one of the points sharpened, the other one was fine. This was all readily done with my bench grinder in a couple of minutes. I put the staff together then, and decided unless I wore gloves, I did not like the grip, so I wrapped it in orange fire type paracord, feels good now. The lanyard on the top cap was too short, so I removed it and also using some orange fire type paracord installed a lanyard that really fit my hand. That is now a great feature! I failed to order the set of 4 rubber tips, so I did that today, so when in town or in my church, I will not be marring the wood flooring or carpet. I will NOT tell anyone at the church what this has in it, but will simply tell them I liked it better than a cane (and I have used a cane in the past). Now to see how long it takes for the rubber tips to get here! HA HA.
This would have been really handy several years ago when I was Metal Detecting to dig up targets, looks like a pretty good plug cutter. Also handy when approached by bums in the park, to hold it so they realize they cannot sneak up on you and steal your stuff...good whacking edges! How much is it?
Depends on how many tubes you buy. You can find the prices here: theprimeadventure.com/products/hiking-walking-stick
Got this partial stick - countless pieces missing - totally useless - definitely a scam
Too bad, look above and another customer had a problem, use that link to go to their Resolution Center, they should either refund your money or send you what you did not get, if you ordered the standard set.
Is it a lyrical fire starter? 🤓
Not sure what that type of fire starter that is but the one on the stick is flint and steel.
With this stock stick coming in at a bit over $100, please tell me how much, with these modifications, do you have invested in the modified stick? Another $100, $150, $200?
How much does it cost?
You can find the prices here and it will depend on the number of tubes purchased: theprimeadventure.com
Can you tell me how I also can get some of the aluminum bases you had made with a hole in them I like to buy 8 to 10. And the cost thank You
Yes, the people here made them: www.austrev.com/

Pretty cool Scrowe
Are there other options for the bottom of the stick so that you don’t damage the glass breaker?
Some bundles come with a rubber bottom you can slip on. I would assume you could slip one over the breaker and be fine
Here you go: theprimeadventure.com/collections/extra-accessories Tactical Stick Rubber Tip End
Looks like it was designed to be applicable to hiking but not for street use. So many tubes just prone to failure and if you did need anything really quickly you have unscrew which friggin tube did I park it in, remove it and screw it back on. The spear is so short it might only be effecive against a rodent or maybe a dog...so does have some utility. Save your money, and possibly your life
If I was having to walk in a seedy portion of town, I would put the spear point on the top to replace the compass section. Got to be prepared....or just carry my pistol with me in my pocket!
Looks cool- right off the bat, I was in the military and it's POSSIBLE this thing was around but- I HIGHLY doubt it. Most soldiers just carried a big knife, an E-tool and MAYBE a leathermen. Of those, only the E-tool was standard issue that I'm aware of. Otherwise we just used guns- so immediately some of the claims of the company are total BS. An object being "military grade" means nothing. Military equipment is made by the lowest bidder and is sometimes lower quality than civilian equivalents.
Watching this and- just get big rebar pin and a leathermen. I see no reason to believe this thing will function any better than that.
I noticed the spearfis/descaoer did not line up correctly when screw3ed in it was at about a 45 angle to the cane
I just got two of these. ......one for me and one for my wife. It's nice that the height can be customized. I got the hammer head top ends and rubber pads. It'll be great for hiking or even just walks around our country neighborhood. The weight of it can actually be a bonus if you need to swing the hammer head at an aggressive dog, or human. It'll reside behind the seat of my truck until I want to use it........or need to use it.
A shame it doesn't come with an attachable spearhead for defense.
It does.
Would you consider making the same modifications and providing the add on you have for others. I would absolutely be willing to pay a fair price. Example: send you my stick( more for the flexseal set up.
Thank you for reaching out - unfortunately, I don't have the time to meet such requests.
How can I get the T-handle like the one in this video?
The T-Handle can be found here; don't forget to use the discount code: PRIMEØ4139 theprimeadventure.com/collections/extra-accessories
Just got one. My only gripe is that I think the inserts should assemble facing down, not up. Or I guess I think the top and bottom should be switched.
Don't like the bottle openers at the bottom of the blade. Takes away the strength...if you can't open a beer without one, then you shouldn't be drinking
don't be a weenie, buy yer beer with either a pull tab or a screw cap...they are all that way now!
BIC should make a bottle opener commercial...
Stainless steel and aluminium ?
The tubes are aluminum.
Aircraft grade aluminum.
any way you can share the links on where you got your parts to make the mods
treelineusa.com/large-chrome-combo-cane-and-walking-stick-tip/ www.mcmaster.com/5679K53/
For an EDC , i might oull out the blades and just fill it with survival items. Could hold alot of useful gear, and since i need a cane this could be a good way to lighten my pockets.
Did not answer the most important question. How sturdy is it with all the threaded connections. Seem like any side force to it would cause it to bend, weaken or damage the threads of the various sections leaving it wobbly?
Good question - it is strong and sturdy but to what degree is difficult to say. I actually have plans to test that.
I await their reply below, but I will say for poking or jabbing, which is compressional force, it should be very high, for tensional force like whopping some animal or person, if you are really strong, you might damage a threaded section. But if that happens, its cheap enough to buy another couple of replacement sections, so.......
all of them,lol
excellent mods! BTW, your discount code doesn't work in their checkout
The discount does work - please note that the 0 is a zero: PRIME04139
La pala se llama shovel head prime adventure 😊
where you get the conversion?
Please let me know which conversion you mean.
I ordered expecting to get a walking stick. I received a packet with three 6" sections. Totals about 18" in length. You'd need to be mighty short to use it as a walking stick. I'm very disappointed. Maybe can be used as a billy club.
Please see the contact info at the bottom of this page to reach for a resolution: theprimeadventure.com/pages/untitled-sep-25-11-47-12
Thats very nice you should add a parracord handle for string and beeds to count paces
Where did you find the threaded point tip

So, is it an Almighty Eagle? Or a Prime Adventure?
Prime Adventure
When will we be able to purchase all of these nifty extras? I'd be interested in pretty much all of them.
Thank you your comment. I am an associate for Prime Adventure and not a direct employee. Please send your comments and suggestions to: info@theprimeadventure.com or SMS at (307) 392-4607 that they may look into these ideas. Thank you!
Years ago, I purchased the “T” handle model, which didn’t have the compass. What I found great about it is that you don’t need to have it completely assembled; that is if you want to reduce the weight, which I don’t feel is a negative. I just purchased another model TacStick for my wife, this one has the compass. I’m sure she will love it. What hasn’t been mentioned is that the TacStick can be used as a defensive tool when the need arise, because of its solid structure.
That is exactly why I bought mine! stick someone with the spearhead or frog gig and they will NOT come back for more! LOL
Price ?
Depends on the number of tubes purchased.
Do you have a video demo on using the tools and how well the hold up?
I do not but that is a great idea. I do have plans for more videos however finding the time this has been difficult this year with family illnesses. Thanks.
loving the hammer pick-up solution. bugs me everytime loosing it in the tall grass🤣 seriously, I love how you customized the stick, great ideas, keep it going!!
So it doesn’t come with a different tip instead of the rock crusher? You definitely can use that on cement trails.
There are rubber accessory tips available: theprimeadventure.com/collections/extra-accessories
Is there a regular rubber bottom for indoor use.
😂
Yes, the website sell rubber attachments: theprimeadventure.com/
every connection is an opportunity for failure. There is a similar tool that screws together. It's versatile as well; multiple attachments and such. Use as an axe, shovel, spear...can't. Vibrations causes pain. Connections break. Knife is too small to be of value...I'd like to see that used where some actual weight and force are applied. IDK, say a sharp rap against a tire to simulate driving off an animal or human. It's designed for violence or the end wouldn't have a cone point. Save your money
the so called glass breaker point is very handy for walking on trails and through the woods, which I do very little, but I just ordered the rubber tips for the end so I can walk on the street or on wood floors with it, like at my church, without damaging anything. If I can hit someone with it hard enough to break the threading off, then they likely will be down for the count. And besides, if I do break a couple of the screw joints, I will just buy a couple more sections. Easy Peasy!
Would you consider building and selling this modifications/tools as a kit?
If I were younger, I definitely would! Thanks!
Looks heavy
a little over 3 pounds...3 pounds, 3 ounces with the tools. At 74, i like its weight to carry and use....feels substantial.
So glad it has a shovel piece
Ive found on amazon...but it doesn't say you get the spear... knife ... or harpoon... any idea why please are they extras...???
Those are included in the purchase.
not to use full
