Plotter program can be purchased from eBay, it's an instant download. I'm not the seller of this program, there are several different sellers this is an example. Go to eBay and search "f2100 service program" you'll find several.
When you download the file, only install the "epsonserviceprogram.exe"
When you open the service program choose "adjustments" tab, then choose "Head ID Check & Input". There you will input the serial number.
Side note. If you aren't running creek F-series products including ink and pretreat you are severely missing out. Go to dtgprinterparts.com and try out their "universal pretreat" and say goodbye to pretreat stains!
