Bibbings & Hensby is the London based furniture workshop of Jack Bibbings and Matthew Hensby. We make contemporary wooden furniture with a focus on functional craftsmanship and designs that build on inherited vernacular traditions. We focus is on using hand tools to produce practical everyday pieces of furniture suited to contemporary homes. Rather than producing modern furniture using modern processes, or traditional processes to produce traditional designs, we marry traditional craft with contemporary design to make work that to us feels grounded and relevant.

I really enjoyed this video. Thanks. You used the brown glue for the joints. What was the white glue like substance that was also used? and also how were the glues runoff and squeeze out removed. also what finish do you use? Thanks again

Sunday morning, woke at 3:30 am……West Coast…..this beautiful piece of artistry captured my imagination. I have woodworkers in my family going back to Poland and Germany. This video made me think about the scarred hands in the family from manual labor . Automated Machines do the work to mimic a chair, but this……this is a real chair. Thank you for the gold. Barely a power tool in sight. Really great design. I have just repaired a spindle chair and hand planed them from square stock. Not to round profile. We can do these things because We are grownups And there are no rules.

I’ve been wanting to get a label printer for my small business for the longest time and finally pulled the trigger. I’m glad I did ! This machine is great th-cam.com/users/postUgkxw55tQTywUAAOsbrlwxONZULry77sFF1Q and the blue/green color matches the rest of the accents in my office. My favorite part is how small the footprint is. It’s less than 1/4 the size of my regular printer.Set up was fairly easy. Seller will email you a link with video instructions Which I found to be more helpful than the written instructions. I use a Mac and had no issues. They even included an adaptor for USB to USB-c which is great because I’m always losing mine! I had a few issues getting the labels to print properly and wasted quite a few sheets. You need to play around with the settings to get everything adjusted just right. If you have the wrong settings, it’ll crop off the edges or feed through blank labels. These aren’t issues with the machine though, just user error.
