I'm ordering a '25 in Sterling Metallic. A few things: I'd have the grill removed and painted black-because it is bronze. The 24s fog light valences need to be blacked out (they fixed this with the '25s) and the upper fender badge is bronze as well (no bueno). There is a black one for that as well. I'm just powder coating my wheels black-not increasing size or stance. My black emblems will still have the red "4", the front tow hooks will stay red and the "Allison and 6.6 LITER will still be red on the upper fender side badge. Beyond that - it will all be black.

So cognitio doesn’t say that the inner wheel well tie down kit works on a new truck by you’re saying it does?

Don't seem like those 10" wheels stick out to far for being -24 offset with a 12.50 tire. I been going back and forth with a 9-10" wheel for mine but your set up looks good! How far would you say the tires stick past the wheel wells?

Love the truck only thing o would do is color match that OEM bug shield along the front of the hood seen it on other trucks looks factory and clean .

Super nice job---BRAVO! I just bought a 2024 - 1500 AT4X gas 6.2L and have done some of the same black out mods.....including the exact same Diamondback cover! What do you know about replacing the factory tires (on 18" wheels) with 35" Nitto's? I have been told that the 35's will will fit -- "no prob"(????)

Your truck turned out nice. I have the same truck except in Thunderstorm Grey. How many turns did you do on the torsion bars? I did 4 to get it more level and it is close but wanted to know how many turns to get 37's on comfortably.

Yo! Awesome ride. I have a similar truck.. the 2024 Chevy ZR2 2500 HD in the same color as yours. Question: how many cranks did you put on the torsion keys to level it out? Also, would you say there is there any noticable 'daily driving' benefit to the Cognito super stock kit aside from better angles for reduced wear? Thx🤙🏻

I don't see how the price of a vehicle would dictate whether or not it gets modified. I mean I get if you're gonna spend an X amount of money on a vehicle it should already come with "everything", and they're 100% right. Unfortunately, that price point is far from $100K. Rolls Royce's, Aston Martin's and Bugatti are a few of the manufacturers that will let you spec a car out exactly the way you want... almost. So yeah, these AT4X's bout to get modded.

Not sure if you bought forged wheels or not but I myself wouldn’t trade factory forged wheels for aftermarket wheels that are not the quality of the original

Beautiful rig brother! I did a similar build on my 24 Chevy 2500. Went 37s and 20x10s your right they don’t look like 37s at times 😂 will prob upgrade my cognito level to a 5 inch BDS in the future

Really hope BDS makes a 4” kit for the HD versions of the ZR2 and AT4X. They have it for the half tons. Love the multimatics on my AT4XHD. I’d love to get the super stock kit for mine. Nick does amazing work. Too bad I’m on the other side of the country lol
