This time I had the privilege of listening to Shasanks divine rendition. I had appreciable relief from pain. currently I am in US . Thanks to utube I could enjoy his performance in Music academy chennaiI coil God bless Shasank M K Rangarajan
Guys just not get into the side of whether it is divine or not .... That varies person to person. All we have to see this how hard is to put this performance... How many days he would have practiced it to achieve this. First we have to appreciate that ... We don't have the privilege to discuss the divinity, personally. He is a genius and he has done soothing performance ...... A ton actually ... This guy will make you cry if one knows the intricacies of the raga in karnatic music...
I occupy a place somewhere between the two of you. I wouldn´t go so far as to call this music ´divine,´ but it´s certainly much more than ´nice, okayish music´. But each to his/her own, as always with music. :)
I really cannot call this divine music. I agree divinity is subjective, but my expectation of divinity is not this ... It is nice, okayish music at best. To each his own.

Horrible sound effects ...
I pray to Lord Krishna to bless me to play at least one of the Krishna keertanams in flute with this melody and quality
A real genius. I have no words of appreciation. Your capacity is beyond the borders of words. May you live long to spread the power of bamboo
Nice rendering by both Shashank and Subbulakshmi
