It's really really hard to gauge path to nowhere's popularity I feel T-T For example, the community is huge and really active on twitter ! With many amazing popular artists and community members, ptntwt has been really active and thriving recently! But the thing is that community is kind of carried by lesbainism lol ? Simping for characters, and enjoying the disconnected events focusing on one character's relationship with chief more. The main story is really not talked about or appreciated in that community. But the sheer size of the community does make me hopeful, it's grown so much more mainstream and so many new people are ptn fans, as you can tell by how the event reruns lead to lots of activity and discussion (not so much with veteran players). The youtube, twitch community is really really dead tho T-T I've searched so so much for like let's play type content and found literally nothing T-T, the only one still active is my goat Chidori ... Cn community will mean the game will never die tho

Happy new year! Like you said I've really been sad seeing various cc's drop ptn so seeing a gap in uploads from you made me worried that you stopped ptn due to the lower views. I'm glad to hear that my favorite chief is still here with us :). Hopefully 2025 goes as you predicted!

I think a surprising amount of people know about PtN. In stioorg's Gacha Game Awards, for the Best Storytelling award, PtN was voted as the second best, behind HSR (which is expected considering how it's a popularity vote and HSR is ofc very popular. It was like 30% voted for PtN vs 40% voted for HSR, so it's not exactly a blowout)

Tbh I've been losing a lot of interest in PtN lately, being a day 1 player. The events are still as good as ever, the QoL changes are there, but the biggest thing that's missing is the community. There is almost no hype around the game, it's almost like the game is dead. People try to make videos about PtN, they don't grow because the game doesn't get any more popular and they leave. It's really saddening. People try, but it's not in their power to change something. Recently idontcarel made a really good guide for VB, amazing info, amazing voice. It was so good that my interest in the game got rekindled for a moment. But it won't get anywhere. The dude will get a few hundred views and that's it. It's sad. However much you like the game, it must be disheartening to pour so much time and passion into something that doesn't pay off

I have no idea why people sleep on PTN. The story there makes other gacha games feel like a waste of time. Some streamers like Ryuuku Sensei play it secretly, talk about it during streams but never actually stream it. But if you want to grow your channel yeah sadly PTN is not the best. At this point I just hope the game survives.

Happy new year! Welcome back man, always loved your PTN videos. No gang's land event is great! Korryn isn't hella but she's pretty cool as well. Even the npcs shine in this event and I've always loved this about PTN story. This video really got me thinking a lot. I think from the start, PTN was a very globally-oriented project. From many details you can kind of see how Discity is largely based on the United States; a lot of global culture are incorporated into the game; soundtrack are all in English, things like that. But sometimes I just don't really think AISNO knows how to operate their game globally - it's their first game, and in infold (AISNO's indirect "parent company") most of the games were focused on the Chinese audience. There was some hype at launch but it kind of just died off. You can see that the game has some localization issues and also just doesn't really invest in the community. Like, just look at how reverse 1999 has done this. Many information available on CN are also not available for global - like in the newest news post they said that they were going to have at least 2 main story updates in 2025 - and I don't think this information was given on global. And yes, we totally need more main story updates. To me, PTN's main story is best story in any gacha game and even better than many visual novels/popular literature I've seen (btw new main story chapters 14/15 is amazing as always) While events give us breaks, time with hot waifus, things like that, there just isn't as much information and complexity in them (except rainburst-flora unfurl). Gacha games...because of the gap between patch cycles interest in the game can die quickly, and really, what keeps the game alive is content from the community - story discussions (which can't happen when the main story updates this slowly), MAD movies/fan art/animations (I love those), TOA guides (oh BTW in the news post they also said they were going to have one TOA every quarter in 2025), etc.. Especially for PTN - other games still have things like exploration, or have their stories be a super long yap fest, but none of these are PTN. I've been trying to mention PTN in my comments on videos about other games, and it really feels satisfying when I hear CCs like Stix or Ryuuku mention PTN in their videos/streams. But, I don't think this is enough. To build that community you need some spending, marketing, whatever it takes. IDK, even in the CN community I think there has been a decrease in CCs, but I can see how the hype is totally still there with the comments under every Bilibili post. I really love this game for the story the characters the art whatever, and I'll probably play the game until end of service (maybe I won't login everyday once the game gets boring but...). I really really really hope that you will continue to play this game for a while tooThe game's quality and character deserve so much more attention than what it has now and what the publisher is supporting. I don't know where this game will go (especially in global - profit margin for the game is definitely still huge in CN) and what AISNO is thinking about at this point. PTN made me unable to enjoy stories in most other gacha games. Especially when I read flora unfurl - that event was literally literature, and I was just thinking: how is this in the story of a gacha game? So please AISNO, take responsibility for that and feed me with more. But yeah, happy new year! Hope you find more gacha games you enjoy, build your channel (so you can promote PTN as well), and just have fun in 2025. Let's go autumn!

I agree with most of your points and i would like to rant about how ptn main story feels neglected and they keep bringing new events and I'm fine with new Event that introduce characters but please focus on the main story if have a good gameplay but no good story no plot development very few character development or you keep ignoring your main story people will leave your game and they did a very poor job of promoting the game their promo videos are soo bad it hurts i love ptn I adore ptn but this game has flaws they need to bring new stuff new interactions more dialogues more voice line new endgame modes something to keep us engaged but overall i want more interactions with sinner! Is this too much to ask? And i also wanna say this i Hated L.L event chief wasn't involved they came in the last minute and and i couldn't care less about what is happening in elysia land chief wasn't there so i don't care and i would've hated korryns event too but i love hella as a character and her funny way of doing things which kept it interesting and the current event is good too Chief is personally involved so i liked there are some many more things i want say but I'm sure i made a lot of grammatical errors so excuse that! I love PTN I'm biased because it was my first gacha game that i fell in love with and i don't want it to end or die i saw the sensory tower revenue chart and i Don't believe that chart but you can get an idea on how a gacha game is performing and it's not looking good for PTN 😢

Hi Autumn! I hope I can catch your livestream for Verdant Dreams. I'm swamped with work, but what've I managed to do, the writing and music is peak as usual. I definitely missed you streaming No Gangs Land ;_; I got teary eyed (daughters are so precious<3) The Hecate&Hella's Fracas event was really cute too UwU I loved it. Word of warning though... 9:52 tbh I agree, I pretty much got bored of path to nowhere, I completed main story and I don't play anything other than Dz qnd Rotd. Mania training and Nightbound are a no for me because of difficulty. Right now I'm playing other gachas but path to nowhere remains my personal favorite

Happy New Year! It's cool to hear how you feel Autumn, in many ways this game is kinda small in the gacha world, so I'm glad to see even just one creator still making content on the game. And I hope the publisher does become more communicative with the community!

The reason there's no round four is likely because it wouldn't add much to the plot, we get to know Luka and his manipulation tactics well enough in round 5, so there's not a reason to have round 4. Not only that, but it probably saved lots of time and money in production! This is a great reaction video btw!! I loved the commentary, and watching you piece together the story was so much fun

Interesting about ZZZ is that the main story usually gives you trial characters for both immersion, and a chance for players to try new characters out. The difficulty is also really easy. You can also turn on easy mode, but I wouldn't recommend it. The fight would be so easy that it might end before the dialogue.

I highly recommend Guardian Tales, if you value story in a gacha.

You've caught on the detail in Caesar's EP. In the end it's revealed she's daydreaming about the romance. The guy on the cover of the book is a redhead, while a guy Caesar pursues in her head has grey hair like Wise. So, yeah. Many take it as canon that she has a crush on him.

Genshin is more exploratory, and the DPS check for higher World Levels can become insane sometimes. But if you have a good team setup like in Star Rail, those checks will be easy.

The Interviewer asked if Belobog Heavy Industries is connected to Honkai Star Rail's Belobog and if there would be connections to other miHoYo Games... The Interviewee answered that Belobog Heavy Industries has no ties to HSR Belobog... And there never was a confirmation back then about the Connections to the Other Games... Some People took that line and spread around the Information that ZZZ is not connected to the other miHoYo Games... There were no Actual Mentions of ZZZ not being connected to the Greater HoYoVerse/Not being a Leaf on the Imaginary Tree... New In-Game ZZZ Lore is kinda pointing out that ZZZ World is probably a Leaf in the Imaginary Tree and the Hollows might probably be either an Active Sky People Invasion or a Stellaron Fragmentum Event... Sky People are so far only stated in Honkai Impact 3rd's "A Post-Honkai Odyssey" which happens 8 Years after the End of Honkai Impact 3rd Part 1... Sky People are a Race that supposedly defeated Honkai and became "Immortal" by being Energy Type Beings that Require Honkai Energy to Maintain their Existence and require "Vessels" to interact with the Physical World... They get their required Honkai Energy by taking Honkai Energy from Other Worlds rendering those said Worlds into Black Empty Masses floating in Space...

I am happy to see you like Wise design because I know Bella is more popular in the ZZZ fandom (from how i see it) ! I admit i thought you would should Bella XD

I'd rather if they rework some of the old character to be viable and useful to new gameplay style, u know where the mob are very tanky and will continously spawn at one time. For example I take Eirene, her ultimate take so long for the energy to build up whereas new character have lower energy for a huge amount of damage like 000. Bai Yi also underwhelmed when compared to new character, same issue like Irene and the worst is her ultimate take movement too! For me it's not worth it considering to build S rank sinner to lvl 80 take a huge amount of material yet not worth it for endgame.
