Informative video but I do have a question. I’m looking to do this on my older 5.7L and I’ve read that this generation HEMI doesn’t fully drain the engine of its coolant without opening the drain bolts on both sides of the engine block as well. Additionally, even then, I’ve heard that all the coolant / water doesn’t drain so I’ve ready advice that is against using the pre-diluted coolant because the water still present in the system will not allow the 50/50 mix to be correct.

Can a bad water pump/ faulty water pump cause engine to overheat when turning on AC?

Thank you for posting this video! I had a squealing noise for months thinking my AC Compressor was going bad. Sure enough i noticed my balancer was missing the entire center piece. I slapped a new one on and all the squealing is gone.. 😁🙏🏾 FYI I used the factory bolt to press the new balancer on, used a 1/4 extension thru one of the openings to keep the engine from rotating. Torqued to 130 ft-lbs

What were the symptoms ?

That's an IAT sensor mate not a MAF sensor. It measures intake air temp, not air flow.

After changing my cv axle, the caliper seizes. I changed the caliper, brake hose and master cylinder. It still locks up when driving.

Just found myself in the opposite situation after watching this video. The pzev that has the bank 1 sensor 1 from the top is the Denso 234-9049 but the ulev version which has the sensor from the side is the Denso 234-9010. My mechanic was getting impatient with me after I made him switch it again lol. Thanks for the vid.

Great video but I have a question. I’m not doing a full coolant flush but I need to add some coolant. Can I just match the color of the coolant when I add it? It looks to be a light pink color like in your video.

Buy two. Grind off the 1/4 anvil for tight spaces and grind off the 3/8 anvil on the second one.

love it! I only do DIY and light automotive work on our own vehicles so nothing major, even having the HF proper tool makes a world of difference though.

I have seen other videos and comments where people have said that actual toyota techs don't use those types of filter wrenches as they will crack the plastic filter housing. They often just use a 64mm 14 flats oil filter wrench.
