What does cross country expert mode mean or do?

They suck - their bullbar for the Cannon was terrible too - not ADR compliant

not sure why you'd wanna. talking one off road is basically playing russian roulette. theyre just basically LDVs with a few extra accessories. everything sprayed with beeswax that will keep the old cheap-steel-rusting problems away until at least warranty-expiry.

I know this is far from the time of posting but I haven't really taken noticed but have done recently and yes mine does the same. Do you know if they have done a firmware update at all. Plus mine is due for its for its first service so I will put the question to them and if there is I will let all know. I have found issues like you they don't fit that well and the 3m tape even after wax and grease remover used vigorously don't hold. the holes as I posted before you are meant to use the factory plugs in the under guard. So I've taken them off. They will fill up water and you shouldn't need to add silcone. So how are they holding up
