You are totally lucky to live in Mexico. I used to live in Mexico but North Mexico in Rosarito Baja California. We came back 3 years ago after living over 20 years in Mexico and every day of my life since coming back I miss it. If God gives us life we shall return in about 3 years. Count your Blessings!!
