I am thinking of booking this accommodation for Summer 2022, but I am a little sceptic after having read poor Google Review about this place, especially complaints like inspects and issues with refund of security deposit. Would be grateful if you could kindly share your experience about these issues and throw some light. Many Thanks!

dont book. i stayed there and it was the worst accommodation EVER

@@daisyjoyce9970 staff was incredibly rude, spoke with sarcasm, etc. my letter was lost so I asked the receptionist to check in the back and she told me it wasn’t her job.. like what is your job then? My toilet broke, my radiator broke in the middle of winter and I couldn’t switch it off in the middle of summer.. like one day it just turned on and it was impossible to switch on. My door lock broke and they refused to come upstairs to check until I raised hell in reception. Then it took them 3 hours to fix and they literally asked me if I have somewhere else to go sleep because they couldn’t be bothered to get emergency maintenance.. most of the facilities were trashed, people were smoking in the study room, actually it wasn’t even a study room it was a party room. All the furniture looks really nice on photos but in reality it’s just not nice.. like everything feels broken or like it’s about to break. Lifts were barely working.. one was permanently broken and one was frequently broken so you have one lift serving 16 floors with about 25 rooms on each floor. When I say it took me 7-8 minutes to get up to my room (floor 13) I am not even exaggerating. Reception would always ignore your complaints unless you start shouting at them at reception or send multiple emails and the only thing that worked was saying you won’t pay your next instalment until you have something fixed (that’s how I got the radiator fixed, thankfully it broke a few dates before I had to pay).. I have friends who stayed in other chapter buildings and they had similar experiences as well.. I’m currently staying at urbanest which is slightly cheaper and is a million times better, I even booked to stay here next year during masters.. in my first year I stayed at garden halls and I had the best experience there as well..

I'd like to suggest some tips for Better production quality 1) Get a recording microphone And please don't play any background music when you talk. Reserve the background music for scene - scene transition. 2) change the intro , cuz the audio is quite distorted. 3) i know you're a beginner youtuber but i would advise you to not play voiceover in your vlogs and just say what you want in a non- monotonous tone Other than that love the content , wish you the best 👊
