I have friends that have bought houses in Cumberland and Frostburg for 10k, 15k and 19k…..most weren’t worth it and were either abandoned or torn down (tear downs aren’t free unless you let the fire stations use it for practice). Cumberland is beautiful though, might be better to buy land build your dream home instead
