Yes they are expensive, but I think they are worth it. I used to model 00 and had a few Hornby HSTs, they are nice models, but once I got into N and I found that I had the space for full length trains, I sold all my 00. I don't regret it!

@willsngaugetrains I agree they are worth it 🙂 I was lucky enough to have the space for a large OO layout, just need to make the space again since a move, looking forward to seeing more of your fleet 🙂

Thank you. The tunnel is a Bachmann Scenecraft one. The layout measures 9ft. 10 inch (3 meters) by 3ft (90cm). Yes it does have a fiddle yard, with 14 lanes! I have some pictures of it on my Facebook page, the link can be found in the "about" section on my channel. Thanks for watching.

@@willsngaugetrains I have a midland mainline by Graham Farish. This has been converted to DCC it was easy. Great model. Planning to get more from the early 2000’s

@@rogerclark5869 My long-term plan is to have HSTs covering all the MML operators from 1997 to 2021. I was thinking of getting the farish Midland mainline HSTs but I have decided to wait for Dapol to produce them as I prefer there model
