Heyo - Niiamah Ashong here. I'm thrilled to serve you through this video!
I lead a tribe of people who identify as Outliers (one of the only), Pioneers (one of the first), and/or Mavericks (one of a kind) stop settling at the corner of "fitting-in" & "holding back" and start creating at their unique and abundant frontier that lies beyond "belonging" and "possibility".
When people choose to have experiences with me, it comes with playing at a higher level than you've ever done in the past. And that's exciting!
If you're ready to take on your next mountain in your business/career or want a sherpa as you travel through the unknown wilderness of an impossible goal, then we should talk.

That's a unique way to think about it like that ! 😂👍🏾💯
Great conversation everyone 🎉
Being silly is a way to embrace joy and creativity. It allows us to break free from the seriousness of daily life, connect with others on a playful level, and express our authentic selves without fear of judgment. It reminds us that life doesn't always have to be serious and that laughter and lightheartedness are essential for emotional well-being.
Christin/Kristen (unsure of spelling) REALLY caught my attention! Lol, she is like me in an alternate reality! It is a reality where my aspirations of my eclectic interests actually produce the results I've been seeking after. My interests are so far reaching that I am not sure HOW to blend them into something cohesive and make an impact as well. Btw, this IS Mystikal-Lee. I'm creeping your podcasts to answer one of my questions in my email back to you, lol. Gotta do my homework, right? Great stuff so far! And, Bro! I totally dig your podcast name ❣️
I love all of this! Check the end of the Episode too because Kristen shared the best ways to connect with her. If there’s a connection, make it! Can’t wait to dive in with you soon enough too!!
@NiiamahAshong So here I am, processing all I heard on this episode, and suddenly I realized that I was "swallowing sunshine" because, like a bolt of lightning to my brain, here comes Inspiration, sauntering into my presence! Thank you!!!! ALL of you! Each one of you guys sharing with each other really impacted how I heard your messages. They all came together later, like intricate puzzle pieces. Then suddenly, I understood that I might have just gotten the answer I'd been seeking to blend my interests and help to make an impact of positivity and love in the world! OMG! I'M EXCITED ❣️🥰💓
Loving this episode yall !!!

What a great interview with powerful insights! Chelsea is the best!
Loser mindset
I'm gonna be honest, I don't know what that means. Are you talking about arguments? For example my mom used to wake me up at 09:00 during weekends and the tiredness that that caused made me feel pretty down. So instead of saying to my mom: I'd appreciate it if you don't wake me up at 9. I should stand in my power and say: you are single handedly ruining my weekends fuck off.
Actually, I think it's more in alignment with the comment you left just now. You were honest about what confused you and clear in your interpretation of what it would mean to actually implement it. You didn't pretend that you knew what it meant, and you showed a genuine intent to get to the root of it all without diminishing your request with something like "I probably missed something" or another form of undermining yourself. You are your own proof point on this. You got this!
Love the idea of creating space and love the positivity! I'm all for the AND mindset instead of the OR mindset - definitely applies to lifting others up!
Good advice 👍 😊
Glad it was helpful!

Hey thank you
Any time!
Realistically, you mostly want people to shut up about uncomfortable truths. surely they can sort it out without you, right? Optimistically, you’re trying to keep people going in these trying times. Or, pessimistically, you hope nothing ever changes because you have already lost hope that anything better is possible, which i think would really make YOU the pessimist. We can do better, but only if we try. We won’t try unless we recognize that we need to, which we can’t do if we bury our heads in the sand. Recognizing that IS realism, and optimism is bringing a shovel to unearth you.
Interesting connection of trying and recognizing! Also that optimism shovel paints a real picture in my mind.

We ultimately live our experience, the growth is being able to identify how those experiences is impacting our current lives and make concious the decision to change the negative narrative to positive ones. Thanks for sharing, I knew of a very similar situation to that.
Absolutely @Naricka. I feel the power of owning that we can make the decision to change the narratives!
People mostly appreciate the things they work for, then the things that given to them. "Easy comes easy goes" Better to help those who are ask for help then to volunteer help to those you think may need help.
Great point there!
Thats not the right mentality indeed, help you 1st, then you have the ability to help others.
True Freedom.😁
