It's good to remove lips. No way it will work for skimming. You should be within 0.06 mm (measured 10 mm from the outer edge of disc) thickness variation all around to not cause vibration. Google for dynamic DTV (disc thickness variation)

Corsa utility Bakkie won't start, what could be the issue?

I tried this and got a terrible brake shudder afterwards. I had to replace the disc. On a Nissan Sentra. Why not leave the disc on the vehicle and spin it using the engine running, then hold the grinder pad to it as it spins, keeping it perfectly even? 80 grit is good for this.

Guys I have a opel corsa utility bakkie 2006 When am on gear 2, full clutch In it takes the Rev count to 2000Rpm When I balance the clutch (without gas suppoort) while it's still on gear 2 it goes back back go 1000rpm Do u think its the same thing?

This is happening to my corsa and it's so frustrating. It just cuts out on me while I'm drying. and the Revs just drop below 1000 and it cuts out.

This video has only one flaw, a part that is obviously threaded was forced out!? I think it should be, first to release the spring pressure on the element and then unscrew the element. Disclaimer, I'm not a mechanic!

Hey guys my Opel Corsa lite switches off whenever I come to a stop, it happens now and then. It idles fine. When I come to a stop the revs will drop to the point the oil light goes on and then goes up to a 1000rpms, sometimes the revs drop and then car switches off when coming to a stop. Any suggestions?
