This vid was a great start for me to learn it, but if you listen closely the rhythm guitar part is actually a little more complex. Most of the time he plays an Asus2, not an Am, and he changes to Cmaj7 and cadd9 in a few specific places. Also hits Asus7 at one point in the chorus

Great job with the song!!! Growing up skateboarding, I listened to a lot of Dinosaur Junior and I forgot about this song and how much I love the lyrics! A while back Alex Midler used the song for his "going pro" video part for SOVRN.
