@maggotemma I don't know which one it is, so I'll just accept all of them, assuming you remembered to add the period to the end of the @. Meditation can be viewed mostly as an exercise of the spirit (self discipline), and soul (imagination). The greatest beginner's guide to magic actually teaches to practice self awareness by criticizing and praising your qualities by the four elements though, so journaling is more powerful than meditation in that specific field.
