This reminds me of that part in a Disney movie where the hero is fighting the villain Elmo is the hero and Zoe/Rocco are the villains
What were the effects?

It was interesting to see the various ways the group created new sounds and effects. Thanks for sharing them with us.
My pleasure!
Japan has lots of great melodica players. This was great!
That's for sure! I met some of them on my recent trip there!
Awesome.. Good to see you smiling homie ✨
After spending a long time learning piano, I got a melodica, embarrassingly, because i thought it was simpler. Your videos have shown me a new horizon to the instrument, and I'm so excited to learn! Thank you for sharing your music with the world. I wouldn't have found my own music without it.
Wow, seriously?
Hi, One of the reeds in my melodica is working normally when it is out of the case. After assembled, it gives the buzzing noise.
I don't know why. If you're on facebook, subscribe to the Melodica World" forum and post your question.
I swear, those 5 seconds have been the death of me for months now! Great job!
Yeah, that was tough!
This is a great video! All information explained very clearly and in a very easy way to understand. The graphics are superb and make it much easier to visualise what happens. Thank you very much!
Thank you! I'm so glad you enjoyed it!
Thank you so much for this video! It’s really been a great help To me and feels like the greatest mystery solved for me. Could you please make more tutorials❤❤❤ Wish u all the best from Taiwan
Thank you! I am working on a circular breathing video. Meanwhile, have you seen this? th-cam.com/video/Utq__D7zfwc/w-d-xo.html

Thank you tiny Melodica man
That is genius! Thanks for the informative and detailed video.
I agree with the comment above. The stick shift image really helps!! Thank you!!
Excellent!
Thanks for the amazing idea
I told my friend you can't bend notes on aa melodica and then he sent me your video. It sounds like the theme from "Once Upon a Time in the West." I also told my friend you can't control the volume. So, I expect to wrong about that to.
Wrong on both counts! 😁 Glad you enjoyed the video.
This is amazing :) thank you 🙏
Thank you 🙏 Can you also give us some tips on how to properly position hands and move them throughout the body of melodica. Please and thank you :) I’ve been playing guitar and flute before, so world of “keys” is Terra incognito for me. And I’m not sure if I should learn piano or accordion technique or is there a specific melodica technique.
Check out Daren Banarse's melodica videos.
Sounds like a train going down, all the way down to Heck
Thanks a lot!! Been trying to bend notes for years!!
😂😂😂
Loved it
cool
cool
love the drums thing. Cool.
This is beautiful, my friend, its bright as life! thank you, doc!
Thank you Doctor!
wowwwww????!! this video is so flipping good !! i love the melodica and i always love learning about science and the acoustics of instruments. this communicates how it works really well. i learned more than i expected from this. physics class right now is about fluid dynamics and this vid made me understand the bernoulli effect a lil better. and it is also fun to watch, the visuals are really really really good. also love how theres melodica music in the background. amazing
Thanks so much!!! Glad to hear this is helping you understand fluid dynamics!!!
Fascinating
Nice! Veary nice. Great job. I actually started by playing harmonica, where the principal is related to reeds as well. Hopefully I broke enough of harmonicas, to take good care of my melodica now! 😅
Thank you! I just ordered my first melodica, but I've been playing other things (flute, mandolin, fiddle, more), for most of my long life. I'd heard some players bend notes, but had no clue how it's done.
Is the air we blow enough to ring 2 melodicas at the same time?
yes, some players do that.
@@dr.melodicadavidbrancazio8860 are there low frequencies melodicas, or is there any way to make melodicas sound lower?
This is possible on a Melodica!? Amazing! 👍
DIFFICULT but possible!
When using this device I noticed that the pitch is ~ 10 % higher than with the melodica closed. Probably due to higher temperature. The overall higher pitch is consistent over the set of reeds. So one can correct for the off set.
