I think the messed up parts are supposed to be messed up. They're supposed to make you feel uncomfortable, to show that things aren't always what they seem: What appears like charity (Glinda) can actually have very selfish and shallow reasons. And someone who appears charismatic and charming (the Wizard) can actually be predatory and corrupt. It's the people who take everything at face value (the fellow Ozians) that are the problem. Toning down these elements wouldn't serve the story, I feel it would lose a large chunk of the central message. The only part that I also think might be problematic is the implication that paraplegics like Nessarose are destined to have a bitter, loveless, and tragic life. Then again, her wheelchair wasn't the only thing that turned her into the Wicked Witch of the East. Curious to see how the movies handle this plot point.

You are stronger than me - I cried at the first note of the theme. Christopher Reeve was also my first & favorite Superman. I know I'm going to bawl my eyes out in the theater.

Robin and Christopher were close friends going all the way back to being roommates at Julliard. After Christopher had his accident, Robin went to visit him in the hospital and dressed up as a German doctor with a heavy accident saying to Chris, “It’s time for your proctology exam..” once Christopher realized it was Robin they had a great laugh together and most likely the first laugh for chris since his accident.

The ending scene was from the 1996 Oscars and can be found on their official channel.

Okay! So, I guess I'll be checking it out then; I do hope it leaves out the 'do the dumbest things so the plot can happen', Prometheus and Covenant were full of such nonsense. "Hey, I detect some O2 on this completely unknown exoplanet! Let's take off our helmets!" -Because ofcoarse virusses and becteria only exist on Earth, don't you know...

Just to answer your question, Kraven is know to me the greatest hunter around the world. He hunt’s dangerous game with his bare hands and senses but is know to use advanced technology to take on more unique creatures. What Kraven is to Spider-Man, Bane is to Batman. Spider-Man is his greatest hunt because he is the fastest smartest and strangest creature Kraven ever hunted.
