I didn't like Glenda in that scene. The others cheered in her "niceness" when I found that very patronising. Didn't anyone else? Glenda's major concern should have been if Alpaba was going to cast a spell and fight with her! It was clear to me, especially at the beginning she didn't like Alpaba and judged her. Glenda didn't want to share a room, was promised her own suite, and accidentally got roped into it. She wouldn't have offered and then her "sharing" meant to take over the whole room with her things, leaving a very small section for Alpaba decorating it in pink without knowing the womans taste. Didn't viewers connect to Alpaba straightaway? Teased and mocked for being different? A misfit? Bullied, laughed at and left with anger issues - even so, she was so good and empathic towards animals and she was authenticity herself. The only good thing I saw that Glenda did was to see through Alpabas' facarde on the dance floor and getting upset enough to motivate her enough to copy Alpaba's dance moves and started to make it cool. That gave me a tear jerker wave!!! 😭😭
