If you are taping the trim instead of removing it. You are a ripoff. Professional Jobs remove the trim.

Well if paint condition is bad,has rust and dents,first sand with 120 whole truck feather edge all flaky paint,then fix all dents and rust,then mask all truck,then apply three coats of high build primer surfacer,then block sand with 180,then guide coat and wet sand with 400,then mask the truck for the second time,1 coat of sealer,then 3 to 4 coats of base then 3 coats of clear,then sand with 1500 then sand with 2000 then sand with 3000 then use cutting compound two times,then polish 1 time ,then reassemble all parts back on truck,and finally maybe get paid for the work.😮😮😮

Cotter pin removal how to video

I am doing something similar but i also have a rust on middle section of the frame. I am gonna try to change that section wish me luck

Depending upon how the cotter pin is angled, I would cut the ends off the cotter pin and use a punch just slightly smaller than the hole for the cotter pin.

You do nice work. Just so you know putting on that rubberized rocker guard is probably the worst thing you can put on cars paint. The only thing worse is leaving the metal bare. Rubberized rocker guard like that gets 1 chip in it then moisture gets to the metal and spreads. Now you have moisture trapped between the rocker guard and metal and it will rust it out way faster than if you were to just leave it painted. If its painted at least it will dry
