Would this set be okay if your not a starter? I’ve been playing for a few years now and looking for a new set. I saw this one and thought “oh wow this is really cool” the only problem is a lot of people mention it’s good for starters, and I don’t know if it’s good for more experienced players too.

As a coach, I see kids with these big gloves all the time. I don't agree with getting a youth player the biggest glove they can handle. They need to first learn to actually catch a ball. These big gloves will give a false sense of confidence and it will come out as they get older. It is better to find a glove that is a better fit to the younger player. They can control the glove better and improve on the eye to ball to the glove. Parents.need to stop buying their youth players these massive gloves. It will only hurt them in the long run.
