Wow great guest! I‘m strongly rooting for them not only because everyone benefits from more diversity in the implementations of the web that we all use but also because I love seeing people tackling humongous projects and even succeeding at them. I thought we would never get another browser, but here we go! I hope they can take advantage of the fact that they are rewriting from scratch and avoid some of the main architectural technical debt of what we now have to consider „legacy“ browsers :)

I enjoy FLOSS Weekly, but there have been numerous episodes during which I had a hard time understanding the guests, either due to their recording equipment, environment, or accent (or a combination of factors). I understand that my suggestion may only be workable on TH-cam, and so may not be worth implementing, but subtitles would really help sometimes. Thank you for the show!

Quite interesting with history of Meshtastic and the persistent challenges with managing a mesh network. I guess this is not a request channel, but it would be so neat if discovery would work globally so say a MQTT GW could build a routing map of its local mesh and build a global map from the other MQTT servers and work with hold and forward, so like GSM, any client anywhere can message anyone else on-air or not. It should be possible to do and still have the pure local functionality as fallback. would require a Raspberry pi or other more capable hardware and possibly a stricter unique node naming convention, i.e. only a few names to choose from based on the unique node ID? Edit: You guys are already working and thinking about just that.
