Thank you for doing this Mr. Rumley!! I'm the kid calling in this video and it's cool to see how myself and all my old teammates, have grown from our first drill to where we are today (we are all thrilled and grateful to be on either Crimson or Royal at this point)

This is to everybody that’s hating: You are only aloud to hate if you have actually rode with westernaires for at least a year, than your argument is valid but if you’ve only taken a look at a video or two and IMMEDIATELY assume westernaires abuses their horses than please delete your comment and read mine. I have been riding with westernaires and I fell in love, all their horses are extremely well fed and almost never get feisty. Within a timespan of a year TWO people fell in the tenderfoot area and it wasn’t the horses fault. Sure, their drills could be better and their competition arenas could be bigger but that’s besides my point. The wrangler and instructors there get extremely mad if you hit a horse and if you do it more than once you have a chance of getting banned from westernaires. They do not take horse abuse lightly and have serious consequences if you do so, everyone there is supportive and kind, the helpers are extremely kind to the younger riders and they are the people who made me loose my fear of cantering. The instructors and wranglers are kind but strict, they are constantly making sure the rider or horse doesn’t get hurt but sometimes things happen and either the horse or rider gets hurt. Within 70+ years of riding there has only been ONE death of a rider and the death was in the trick riding area. If you think westernaires abuses their horses please rethink things because that’s the stupidest thing ever, westernaires loves their horses and riders.

Wow, these people suck... Those poor horses, these people are literally running their horses around in a ring not knowing what they're doing. They've got no training and no idea what's going on. They just throw kids up onto the horses

Only thing I gotta say is that it would have looked cleaner with less horses in the ring. My aunts drill team has 16 riders when drilling and it's (in my opinon) the perfect amount of horses
