Do you guys want a shoutout, seem to be struggling in the TH-cam space?
How do you prevent yeast forming on the tap seals during the extended cleaning period since the taps are not cooled?
I was in there on Saturday afternoon, and had a couple of pints of Heineken, and a couple of games of pool .... great pub, with an excellent clientelle.
Definitely one of the finest pubs in Manchester. But sorry Heineken - most of the punters are there for the real beer - Old Peculiar, Trooper, Black Sheep, Titanic ... to name but a tiny number of the great real ales they serve. And it's also a real rock pub !!
If only every pub put this much care into pouring pints.
