I was able to fix my headphones because of this video. Thank you. May your pillow always be fluffed and both sides be cold
I'm thinking about pursuing this exact program. How was it for you? Can you provide feedback on it? Thanks!
express.adobe.com/page/NjuaVj3UOthex/
Thank you for your site!! So helpful! Every month seems like it touched on a different aspect of PR and gave you a well rounded education overall. Do you feel like it was challenging getting help if needed? How would you say the instructors were?
Thank you for saving me money
Thank you very much, I had the error that when I raised or lowered the volume, the sound on the left side, which contains the circuit system, stopped playing. I watched your video and after releasing some cables it was solved.
Thank you for this, I had a this headset and the right one turned off randomly but when I pulled the one closest to the knob and put it back in it worked with no issues!
fcking legend.
what if i dont have that screwdriver
A really small flathead that you can wedge in there might work. Other than that I'd grab a cheap knock off ifix-it kit.
i just fixed mine it takes only 5 minutes all u have to do is unplug the battery cable from the right side of the headset and replug it again. Tnx
this is the first video I've found ever of someone making a vid about this head set that wasn't a review... I can't find jack about fixing a loose volume wheel on my Narir essential headset. It's bad... right side is going out and I have to keep fiddling with the wheel to try to make the right side work again and it makes a lot of scratchy loose connection sounds too. It started not too long after I got it as gift from someone. Oh and my mic boom is getting floppy.. .the plastic around the base where it goes into the headset cup has broken a bit... it only flops side to side just a lil but I keep it raised and out of the way most of the time... Ideas? Do I tighten the volume wheel and unplug and replug wires...? HELP! >_<
I'm not sure what keeps the volume wheel is place, whether it's on a pin and sandwiched between other plastic or it screws into a pin or gear, but if it's a screw I'd say get some thread tape, cut off a skinny little strip, wrap the threads, and tighten it gently. If it's all just plastic and/or a pin it sits on, you might try fitting a washer in next to it.
I would like to say that this video was a life saver, i wasn't confident in the wiring enough to start yanking things, but i decided after watching this that i could just blame you if something went wrong XD. one side of the headphones wasn't making sound (right), i took apart the right side and began tensioning wires to try to find where something had become disconnected, and then the right side started working again. The left side had broken in the process :/, so I repeated the process on the left and this time it all worked. So yea, Thanks XD
Curious if you have ever had an issue with a popping noise coming from both sides of the ear cups? Mine has been doing this for about a year now, and it is the most infuriating noise. It hits at a frequency where it feels like literal pop rocks in my ears. I've come to the relatively soft conclusion that it isn't software related. This on top of the constant disconnecting and reconnecting issue, has made this a really miserable experience with these headphones. If you have any suggestions or advice, I would sincerely appreciate it.
I had the same issue before and that's what kind of what lead to the video. I swear my ear drums nearly started bleeding the last time it went nuts with popping and a horrible screeching noise. I did uninstall the Razer software after updating the headset as well and started using Dolby Atmos, whether or not that played a factor or not I'm not sure but I haven't had the problem since. The popping could be a grounding issue so definitely check all the wires are snug in each harness and subsequent socket. Wish I could give you a definitive answer but I'm just not sure.
@@ACS_Media I wound up getting some replacements. But I might still crack mine open and see if this would work. I appreciate your insight.
Mime is charging and the wire came off
,🤔
Thank you for doing this before me! Worked out great!
It worked as magic!! Ty so much
Love to hear it!
i have the same model so i was looking for some videos to try and look i found Ur vid and amazing without doing anything i can say its working great just by unplugged and plug it again xd
Glad to hear!!!
If dont work the mic?
Haven't had the issue yet but if I can find out I'll let you know.
hey man i opened the right side and unplugged the battery and replugged it in before coming across this video i dont know if you can help but im having a different issue than you my headphones just wont charge i plug them in and it just doesnt charge ive tried different cords and tried this cord on multiple peripherals so im confident its something with the headphones im just not sure how to approach fixing it cant find any helpful information online either other than how to open them and how to unplug the battery :/
Sorry to hear that, I'm sure it's frustrating. I'll look into it and get back to you if I can find a solution.
@@ACS_Medialooking at this same problem so if you find a solution please let us know
Well I ran into a charging issue but I'm not sure if it's the same issue you have. It wouldn't charge and I remembered what I used to have to do with my old cell phones that had the same crap micro usb. Typically it was a contact issue with the pins just due to use over time, so I tried that same solution and took my pliers then very gently pinched down the end of the micro usb to make it ever so slightly narrower/flatter. Keep in mind that this isn't a permanent solution and there is a point of no return with the pins wearing down. I would recommend grabbing a magnalink/volta type charger so you no longer have to plug in and unplug the headset anymore if this solution happens to work. If it doesn't and is indeed an internal battery issue, I'll comment with an update should it happen to me and I find a solution.
thanks bro, fixed
Glad I could help
I have the same problem right now, how did you unplug those things???
and most importantly what did you do to them that helped in fixing the issue
All those clips have a lip on each side to get either your nail or something small and flat under, then they pop out. There's likely no need to pull them though, most of the time they just need to be pressed back into their slot due to being loose. That's all I've ever had to do when they start acting up is click them back in.
@@ACS_Media this doesn't seem to fix the problem for me :\
it could be the power port on the headset. I know mine is a bit messed up... I kinda wore them while laying down with them still charging.. Now it doesn't like charging while being worn as they would shut off the headset and make the annoying plugged in and unplugged windows device sounds, so I have to take them off... The power port might need to be re-sautered to the circuit board. Or the battery may have gone sour though they are suppose to last ages. Sometimes getting ahold of costumer service and asking might get you the answers you are looking for. Good luck!
Nice!
Thanks
Absolutely 👊
Oh wow Brother Husk! Hope that hand heals up quick!!
It did. This video is a compilation of my time with the City Utilities so it happened months ago. I appreciate you though!
GREAT VIDEO HUSK.
Thank you
Spatulaaaaaa
The spatula 😂
It worked!!! Ive been trying to fix this with a lot of stuff but so far this is the only thing that fixed. Thank you very much bro
You're very welcome, I'm glad someone found it that needed it!
👀
How much was it and how many classes did you have to take? 😅
Still taking courses atm. I'll graduate in March so 12 classes total. Cost is less than the national average.
🍻
Just do it!
Will there be an equal amount of stuff and things? I don't know if I want to see more things than stuff.
All things will be equal to stuff as stuff will be to things
Stuff and things ftw
👊

Good video, I’m excited to get my audio production equipment. Just a recommendation, I would mention either in the title or description that it’s the M1 MacBook Pro, the m1’s are great chips. Cheers man, best of luck in your course
Good looking out. I didn't realize I'd forgotten it in the specs list in the description.
👀
Awesome unboxing!
