Very loud Ruby Star Ilyushin IL-76TD flying over
Heute am 20.05.2020 flog die Ilyushin IL-76TD mit der Kennung EW-412TH von Ruby Star, von Leipzig-Halle (LEJ) nach Ghardaia (GHA) über mein Dorf. Die Flughöhe war zum Zeitpunkt des Überflugs 10.058m (FL330). Aufgenommen mit meinem Smartphone.

Am 06.12.2020 um 22:15 überflog die AN-22 Antei, UR-09307, auf 7,300m (FL239). Sie ist unterwegs als Flug ADB5510 von Leipzig nach Ghardaia in Algerien. Motorstart der BR 218 105-5 bei den Bahntagen der Schwarzwaldbahn in Triberg am 24.09./25.09.2016. Der verbaute Motor ist ein, so habe ich es mitbekommen, TB 11 Abgasoptimiert (AGO). Leider ist der Sound nicht so gut, da nebendran gerade die Schwarzwaldbahn einfuhr.

Die Firma Schriever bringt eine Yacht aus England zum Bodensee. Um 20:35 passierte der Transport die "Engstelle" in Hammereisenbach (dort wohne ich) am Zebrastreifen. Die Yacht hat, nach etwas rumspielen an der Hydraulik von LKW und Tieflader, doch noch drunter durch gepasst. Durch die Aufregung ist leider das Bild etwas verwackelt. Aufgenommen mit meinem neuen Vodafone VF895N-Smartphone.

Im Baggerpark in Haren (Ems) fahre ich den 21-Tonnen-Bagger Sany LC-210. Hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht mit 160PS in der Erde rumzugraben. I´m operating the Sany LC-210 excavator in a excavator Theme park at Haren (Ems) in Germany.

A very interesting sound and a very good video! Considering the aircraft is at ~ 24,000 ft, the big turboprop still produces a very audible sound. The doppler effect sounds from beginning to end of video are excellent.
AN-22 There aren't scary sound. That's very, very beautiful sound ❤

Even the An-22 propellers sounded like Lockheed C-5 Galaxy, Airbus A300, A310, A320, A330, A340, A350, A380, An-124, An-225 Mriya, Boeing 747, B757, B767, B777, C-17 Globemaster, and the other planes have those noises! :D
Yeah, high altitude prop planes can sound creepy, especially at night. Heck, I was audio recording the landing of a Beech 99 at our airport back in 1979 in broad daylight and a Piper Aztec flew over the top of the airport at cruising altitude and it sounded really creepy.

Not currently, since it was damaged in Ukraine unfortunately 😭💔 but till her last flight on january 12, 2021 she often visited Manchester and Prestwick. Noone knows her circumstances now but we can hope for her repair.

Creepiest sounding aircraft ever made
It's incredible how long the sounds can be heard. Had her flying above my place on the way from Leipzig to Spain 2 years ago. Even 5 minutes (yeah, you heard right) it's deep bass like sound could be heard until eventually fading away. Really impressive.
