How do you show compassion to all people suffering in this hostile world?

Show compassion to yourself first, and then those closest, it ripples out. If you are trying to help, heal, so far out, such large systems, without healing yourself it is pointless. Your healing, your groundedness, your non-duality, your inviting presence, is what provides the opportunity when you come into contact with others Loving kindness meditation is a good practice for this as well

You can believe anything you want by way of faith. Faith is not a pathway to reliable knowledge, only to delusion and wishful thinking. Faith is not a virtue but a flaw in human reasoning. I reject faith to the very last inch of me.
