Thank you for your comment. Every woman’s experience is different entering into this new season of life. Our stories are never meant to be compared but shared to help those coming up behind who may be struggling with similar things. While it may not have been your experience, as a coach to empty nest women I can tell you it is not uncommon to feel empty and broken, even in the midst of successfully launching kids into adulthood. A lot of that depends on the level of support and personal development we’ve done during our years raising children. This is a very small section of a keynote speech that tells a story of victory that’s available to all of us if we are willing to “Change the Script.”

You were not broken...you completed your task as a parent...congratulations.... you raised another generation into our society. You should be celebrating g your success. Take a break before engaging in another endeavor.
