But it helps me to know how many lives you have touched as I read the comments, and that's what life is about, touching people's lives for the better. you are so missed Kyle. i don’t know how i stumbled upon this channel. i’m just newly interested in cars and not even necessarily into MR2s, but i’ve tuned into every episode refreshing your channel since i cannot have post notifications. i go through a ritual similar to yours in my 2006 TL with my headlights and popping my sunroof (although mine is electrically operated). i’ve been listening to a lot more New Order, too. i don’t know what else to say.

Hey brother, I've been following your "journey" with ALS for a good time now. It is clear how wonderful of a man you are, even smiling at your worst. I can't really even imagine what you or your family are going through right now, but im praying for you, and hope that you can make the best out of this, not-so-good situation. You seem to be doing the best of what you can, with the amount of time that you have left, and I have nothing but respect for that, as it can't be easy to do. I hope you know there are many people out there, who may not personally know you, but love and respect you. Just thinking of the day this channel doesn't post again, is very sad. But you WILL be in a much better place. Remember, all dogs go to heaven, so there's lot's of friends to be made up there!

My favorite "our son kyle" was when he was making his own braces with bits of stained glass in them. Sad to see you go.

ALS is just awful. I am so sorry this has happened to you. I work at a hospital that treats patients with ALS and does research to find a cure, so videos like these will continue to inspire the folks doing that very important work. Each time I get behind the wheel of my SW20 now, it will mean so much more to me. Thanks for sharing this video and best of luck to you and your family in the fight.

Because of you I make sure to take a little more joy when I drive my MR2. Because of you I live a little more deeply. I never got to meet you, but I am honored we got to share some communication. I think of your lovely wife, your collective humor, strength, and I take pause to consider whether I have the guts to do what you all have been doing, with such grace and a smile. Thanks for everything... rest easy when the time comes my friend. You lived fully. Also, the cassette deck is broken in my MR2... just putting that out there. I jest... all the best to you and yours.
