It's not a myth, i started taking creatine just recently and am getting muscle cramps all over the body in places I wouldn't expect. Creatine may not specifically cause cramps and lack of water may be the direct cause, but the higher demand for water makes it much easier to get into this painful state.

@@nickjunior9862 I’m giving advice, not cutting you down. Anybody can lift heavy if they sling their weight around. Real ability is isolating the ONE muscle and pumping out reps with ONLY that muscle, nothing else. Whole body is locked, forearms engaged tight, connect with your forearms and use those muscles only. Don’t move, don’t use momentum or body weight, and work that muscle until burns. (Warmup then stretch for better mind-muscle connection) If Sam Sulek says “you don’t need a ton of weight”, then it’s a muscle that needs more reps, rather than heavy weight. The point is, I could bicep curl 90lbs all day if I lean and sway everywhere, but correct form is locking down, getting tight, and focusing during the set.

5 to 8 sets per session or per session per muscle group? If you're doing 2 variations of 2 exercises for 2 muscle groups (4 total exercises) for 3 sets each, that's already 12. Are you to lower that even more? If it's per muscle group then that's 6.

I just do not see the point of being this big when it impacts your mobility. Calisthenics is the way to go for longevity. Live longer and feel great as you age not carrying excess weight your body doesn't need. Which is going to put your body under unnecessary stress. I never understood what being really strong or mobile was until I started doing calisthenics.
