Thank you bro my left lat is smaller than my right 😭 wanna fix it
I started doing the reverse seeing another guy do a normal curl. However I realized that's the motion you do when you apply more throttle on your motorcycle. So now I hold the Dumbbell at the same position I have the handlebars.
Like Sam don’t not neglect the use of PED’s a gram costs a lot but the use of Tren is worth the bang for it’s buck 😂
I'm 59 years old and I've been good with 4 to 6 hours each night since i was in 11th grade , if i get 8 hours of sleep i am groggy all day and can't function .
Not everyone have the angle to do it so better avoid it many people gets injury
man hes ryt just hv 7kgs and i barely got the 10th rep
Take advice about fitness/weight loss from actual fitness people not the random gym bros with a big ass American flag shirt
It's not a myth, i started taking creatine just recently and am getting muscle cramps all over the body in places I wouldn't expect. Creatine may not specifically cause cramps and lack of water may be the direct cause, but the higher demand for water makes it much easier to get into this painful state.
Danny Duncan on steroids 😂😂, no hate tho, I love your stuff 😂😂
i can do 25 pounds 20 reps
definitely doing it wrong
@@LoveTexasToast how am i doing it wrong
@@nickjunior9862 I’m giving advice, not cutting you down. Anybody can lift heavy if they sling their weight around. Real ability is isolating the ONE muscle and pumping out reps with ONLY that muscle, nothing else. Whole body is locked, forearms engaged tight, connect with your forearms and use those muscles only. Don’t move, don’t use momentum or body weight, and work that muscle until burns. (Warmup then stretch for better mind-muscle connection) If Sam Sulek says “you don’t need a ton of weight”, then it’s a muscle that needs more reps, rather than heavy weight. The point is, I could bicep curl 90lbs all day if I lean and sway everywhere, but correct form is locking down, getting tight, and focusing during the set.
@@LoveTexasToast ik your giving advice but I honestly think I'm doing it right. I'll try again and see if I'm doing it wrong tomorrow
@@LoveTexasToast yeah bro i just did it again focused on just my forearms and arms and i only lifted up my hand and didnt do it with momentum
It's not only special ops, I think this is kinda regular everywhere in the armies.
relatable, im always nervous before squatw
Serratus anterior, upper forearms, neck, traps
Can you do it while standing or is it must to sit ?
I’m guessing you have to have a support on your arm so you can do it standing just have something to lean on
Sitting is better
if you're strong enough go for it but sitting is better
@@burgerwithnohoneymustard168 I can’t even do it cuz my wrists are small 💀 so embarrassing
@@archer24 lol we all start somewhere bro don't worry
I eat avocadoes with Sriracha sauce or sprinkle it with popcorn cheese👌
Rotator cuff,erector spinae,forearms
5 to 8 sets per session or per session per muscle group? If you're doing 2 variations of 2 exercises for 2 muscle groups (4 total exercises) for 3 sets each, that's already 12. Are you to lower that even more? If it's per muscle group then that's 6.
I just do not see the point of being this big when it impacts your mobility. Calisthenics is the way to go for longevity. Live longer and feel great as you age not carrying excess weight your body doesn't need. Which is going to put your body under unnecessary stress. I never understood what being really strong or mobile was until I started doing calisthenics.

True
30 mins a month??
10 / 15 minutes a day ❤️
Captain obvious
Dass klappt nicht weil auf dem Geldschein eine Nummer vorhanden ist die ein automat lesen muss um den Schein zu bestätigen
this is bs my dad is oldschool and i was riding my bike and the next day i was really sore and he said that if i fight through the pain that it won't get sore again. lo and behold my legs never got sore again.
Riding a bike doesnt produce the same stimulus as a heavy deadlift ❤️
@@health.mtvn. i have done deadlift along with a lot of other workouts and i have gotten sore and applied my fathers logic again and it worked
Cute 😂
They usually don’t get sore again after you had them really sore for the first time. Even if you just take a break instead of train over it.
Bro stience
If you spend an hour on the spinner 5x a week for 2 months, you are not gonna only gain 2% performance 😂 What a clown
Welp time to go off the grid and homestead so i can grow my own food to help with depression
“I know without certainty” means….
Aww man if only everything wasn't loaded with chemicals and the only way to eat healthy is to be able to afford it.
Not really I’m skinny n buff still kinda stupid sometimes
Yawn
bro didn't answer the question 💀
So what’s he saying. Either go to bed earlier or sleep longer? Kinda confused
Hes saying to not Eat in the evening or in the morning to extend your nightfasting
Lol athletes have shorter lifespan, and exercise is a recent human invention, that stresses out your body and especially heart. This kind of advice is like the vegan propaganda
My mind instantly went to shit when he said other side of the coin
who the fuck spends 15 minutes brushing their teeth 🤔
15 minutes per week ❤️
Not true insulin will trigger the calories to go to cell first only if no calorie is taken will it go to fat stores. Fasting Vs constantly eating.
Dude is just a liar trying to sell his book. It may be good advice, but he is still lying.
You will improve 12%.
Do what in the 15 minutes? And what about calorific burn? This is BS.
Lol this is easily debunked by the fact if you eat a lot of protien you will eat less plants due to a smaller volume of protien making you full quicker. Also theres a ton of studies not confounded by poor diets.
We do not agree. You can eat plants while eating more protein
@@health.mtvn. it's not about agreeing, it's basic math. All plants is more than some plants. Also overconsumption of protein causes cancer. You're better off eating the right amount for your size and activity level.
So is carnivore healthy in the LONG run or not
No.
@@BenWeiss-f9p I know someone that's been 100% carnivore for close to a year, yea they lost lots of weight.but I was wondering about the long term effects
Of course it's not. It's a stupid fad.
Carnivore works...
Lol until ketosis fucks your brain
It works because it's nutrient dense and calorie restricted. The people that follow it can't get that through their heads
Meanwhile every vegetarian Ik has weak bones and always have eyes like they’re about to fall asleep💀 Sean O’Malley became champion after he started to eat meat
Lol don't lie
@@BenWeiss-f9p what did i lie about?
@@BenWeiss-f9p you wanna test that n spar with me I’ll go 30% and bring me a guy who eats meat “pause” to spar with me and see who last longer💀
Problem with is. You actually need protein doesn't matter much the source of it. A lot of vegetarians don't bother with protein intake.
I am vegetarian and regular gym no problem like such just do daily exercise and clean diet dumbo
Eating red meat, removing seedoils is more important
Countries that eat less meat live longer on avg, I am not even vegan 😂
wrong Hong Kong eats the most redmeat meat and lives the longest. @@Gustavo-h1r8g
@@Gustavo-h1r8g Place with highest life expectancy is Hong Kong and they eat the most meat per captia in the world.
@@brojoe4919 it is not Hong Kong, pretty sure Monaco lives longer on avarage, and its more about socioeconomic conditions than what they eat..
Why not be honest with everyone. People, all these bodybuilders are taking Anabolics. ALL OF THEM! If you want to achieve a muscular build, it is EASY obtainable. 15 weeks of test/deca/Tren/. Simple stack. If you don’t have energy, do what this guy and EVERYONE else is doing and take Clen. If there was someone on TH-cam teaching about PCT’s, Blood levels and why it’s important to inject twice a week, estrogen blocker’s…it would be better. Kids are watching You guys. Tighten up.
Ill just avoid carbs...carnivore is king 🤴
So kettlebell?
Bro speaking like it's a hot take when literally everyone agrees with this
He should shave his head
Is this not stealing content 🤨
