@@captaindiabetes4244 thanks for watching! this is an older ship, it was refurbished in 2022. we prefer Norwegian as our choice cruise. Royal Caribbean has their own branded experiences. This is a pretty big ship. I don’t know the comparison but it was very full on this cruise date.

Thanks for watching! Appreciate you watching the whole series! Yeah we are to but Norwegian has a good balance of price and amenities. My advice is be sure to pick the right itinerary and it will be golden. I am partial to the smaller ships like the sun or the jade but they are all very good. My favorite cruises were the alaskan and greek islands. Just s dream. We love Norwegian but would like to try virgin and get back on DCL. I have also heard if you bring your status to another cruise line the other line would match it.

Btw not sure if you watched the whole series but this was not the itinerary we purchased. Due to a hurricane we were switched at the last minute to this western Caribbean.

Oh we heard of it but if you watched the video you would see we spent almost 200 dollars to go to the beach for two people. We spent less in Greece at an exclusive beach club and the floated our food to us in a wicker basket. No offense but at chula’s we were subjected to much worse.

I was hoping it would be on the comical end but it was more annoying than anything! Hopefully will get to see some of the more exciting adventures like Greece or Iceland. Do you take cruises or more resort stays?

@@doodsanddudes More of a cruiser and want to do an all-inclusive. I get reallly good deals with Carnival from the Casino offers. Sailing the Horizon Oct. 26 (hoping the hurricanes are over) for 8 days and it was a steal, $538.00, $500 casino cash, $200 OBC and FREE drinks anywhere on the ship. On top of that I'm a TA and get a commision on my trips!

Yeah as i like to say you win some you loose some but you cant win them all. What happened in cyprus? I really enjoyed paros and rhodes when we were there lasy year.

@@doodsanddudes Well the hotel, staff, food was awesome but when you leave the complex the looky looky sellers where on you plus offering cab rides ...and i found to be very expensive ....Also we have been to Rhodes an that was totally different best vacation we ever had we didn't want to leave lol.

Totally agree it was very Nassau-y lol and i may not have been clear but we got the excursion with the port kiosk in the mall. we should have stuck with the ship but we were late out the door and didn’t plan ahead. Its all good to much sun makes a desert.🌵 once and a while it keeps things in perspective. Thanks for watching yall!

@@vawus thanks for watching. Appreciate that. yes the culture in the eastern Caribbean is much different then in Mexico. You can do the Norwegian breakaway to eastern Caribbean and that is st Thomas, Tortola and Dominican Republic. We were booked on that one but the hurricane completely changed our itinerary.

@@doodsanddudes yes we tried to do a Florida resort this year but rain and constant bad beach conditions ruined it and we had to abandon and go to Nashville

@@doodsanddudes No my friend the closest i got was a ferry lol 👍😎

So ithe ferry was around 25 pp (I think) and they were able to link it to our room on the ship so that made it very easy. Also want to note about the ferry ride, you only have one go and come back time so we went around 1 and came back at a designated time. It would have been nice to go whenever you wanted but the times are set. There is a little booking desk at the dock. Enjoy it! Cheers and thanks so much for watching.

@@doodsanddudes you are absolutely right. The ship size is going to blow her away! We do Carnival and Royal Caribbean mainly, but your videos are making us want to try Norwegian for sure. We just booked an Alaskan cruise on Celebrity next year and we are really excited to try that one.

@@micalebgoeswest Norwegian is great mainly because of the included drink package and credits. The ships are pretty large. We do want to try virgin or celebrity soon.
