Hi Neha- The dieting that I do requires a lot of self-control and discipline. My diet is strictly supervised as per my physical state and blood test results. My dietician gives me some Ayurvedic meds too to support my digestion and other minor problems. I am sorry I won’t be able to pass on my personal info here but you can look me up on Facebook. My dietician has actually helped people with muscular issues regain muscles so that’s why we believed in him and started this course.
