Love the idea but with tech as it is, using the edit button would make for a better viewing...and what the heck is that noise, sounds like a dentist drill!!
The only thing I see and hear is a grey triangle infront of a green background with a bothersome sound. You should have done this video inside a swimming pool so we can see something useful. Just another more useless video on TH-cam.
It would have been an interesting video except for the fingers and thumbs at the begining, but had to turn off half way through because of the noisy motors

I think it can not blew out ballast tank to empty . That's why when it poped up it couldn't rise to the level before it had gone down.

Sounds like diesel motor and a winch being used. Of course you won't see any fish as the noise alone would scare them off.
