I fixed permanently bmw e65 rear headrest system. Problem was that when you start car, rear headrest is low position in stuck and makes klickings noise every time. Problem is that, plastic part is bended and motor gearwheel runs abo. Screw is repairs that problem.
you can remove headrest plastic system with motor without removing metal part and seat leather removing, patience needed🙂
