I'm in my 60's. Focus on where you are in life and consider it for all its possibilities. Many have never made it to their 30's. Nothing is wrong with wanting a 30 million dollar yacht. But if you spend so much energy considering what you perceive others have more than yourself, you will never be happy with your 500,000 thousand dollar boat. Have high goals, but learn to appreciate the 'little' successes you make along the way. Consider that the one who can only afford a 50 dollar inflatable boat from Walmart, would be more than happy to exchange with you. I'm not suggesting you accept for yourself camels hair and a leather girdle, but John gives great insight in knowing ones place in God's plan in our journey of this life. Likewise the soldiers asked him, saying, “And what shall we do?” So he said to them, “Do not intimidate anyone or accuse falsely, and be content with your wages!" Luke 3:14. With or without a yacht; he remained one of the greatest prophets highly esteemed by God. It's when he questioned God and lost faith that he became considered amongst the least. That was his own doing, not Gods.
