My wall was painted with rough paint..not smooth..is it still advisable to put a wall paper..can it come out good

Is there need to apply gum on the wallpaper again after applying on the wall? Considering the fact there might be obstacles, which i won't want the wallpaper to stick on b4 removing cutting it open.

guys i just did mine, only inverter and battery. i use normal electricity to charge and so far it has serves me for hours and never go off or show low battery. here is my expenses: one battery 12v 220ah = 240k inverter 1000w = 34k and thats all i bought, but you will need changeover and AC wire for the connection, all of these may cost you upto 12k. all i spent in total was 275k, minus the workmanship and the cost of wire and changeover which i already have at home. so far i have been able to use it for more than 10hrs without light and without the battery showing low battery ... connecting 1pc and 6bulbs, i rarely use the tv so i have no ideal if it will last longer when i use the tv
