Join Big Bros, Jeremy and Ilan, as they dive into Jeremy’s successful fat loss journey over the past 2 months, and flesh out the strategies behind his effective cut. Expect to learn why neglecting carbs may jeopardise your cutting success, satiety and why it matters with your food choices, if walking is the superior form of cardio to aid fat loss, whether calorie counting is necessary, the lessons learnt from previous dieting mistakes, why motivation won’t help you stick to your goals, the mindset strategies to stay consistent, and much more!

Nice one brother!
I have BPD and I've met other people with BPD who do you use the it as an excuse and it's insane I do have my moments when I'm a C U next Tuesday I will say sorry and I will try to improve the for the most part. I think it's because of how my mum raised me have a bit more stability I'm still unstable tho for sure.
You’re more stable than you think you are. You seem incredibly reflective and self-aware and for this, you’re miles better than you may believe! Thank you for sharing 🫶🏽

Don’t date modern western educated women.
Pls delete your channel, this is some next level brain rot pls just stop this.
It's only looks. If you are HTN (6.5 ++) with very high status you can get an edge over Chadlites with no friendcircle at all, because you will have more exposure to women. In all other cases it can't help you, period, especially for sub5s.
Hai guy's. İnteresting topic good quality of voice. I liked this channel. I think it's new. Nice to see you here ✨

Very trivial and basic talk. Good for very young people.

Both men and women date based on what they know they can get rather than what they can give, most of the time they don’t know what they want in hope to receive. And both those statements will attract the individuals required to see each other’s faults in order to try fix the other person…

Look, I tend to read a bit of Ayn Rand and though I don't agree with all of the "objectivist" talking points there is one thing I do agree with. I truly think that we as humans have to make OUR OWN decisions. You can't live for your mom, you can't live for your dad, you can't live for your country, or your friends, or the church. YOU HAVE TO LIVE FOR YOU. This is hard, but it's what's ethically right. To live for yourself, to truly sit down and think things through using that brain of yours and decide what you want. Your parents will have you marry someone you don't love, a woman who doesn't love you. Your friends might do that. If you try and be a people pleaser you will be the ultimate loser, and they wont care in the end as much. This girl may be toxic, IDK, but it takes personal responsibility and introspection to just take like 1 hour of serious focus to think about your life and what in the hell is going on with it, and if you are doing the things you want to be doing.
My parents tell me the same about my bf.. but all of my friends love him and say that he has a great influence on me
Mu friends said this....they actually just stopped inviting me to things....i broke up with her and now none of those friends talk to me anymore ever since highschool cuz they have lives and girlfriends now....be weary of people saying this....dont just believe...observe if its true
good stuff guys. This is something I've struggled with for a long time and only really started making the shift recently once I became more confident in who I am (and when my job fucked me over with a promotion haha). I just came across this video so thanks for putting out the content
Hey Idriss, thank you! We are glad that you resonate with this :) proud of you for making the shift 💚
I am also 24 and find myself worrying about this more often than I would like to. But the worry mainly comes from feeling like I am not taking advantage of the time as it is passing. Worry of wasting my 20s.
Feels brother! Honestly could view it as a gift that you feel this way now rather than when you're 29! Still so much time to do the things you want :)

oh dear... There is relationship theory out there for those who want to learn from people not prepared for skiing top half and beach bottom half.
What's your relationship theory then sir?
Does he have a partner then? 😀
Yep ;)
Does that apply to being single?
For sure! This doesn't just have to apply to a relationship context.
Who takes relationship advice from this 12 year old dweeb?
I can see some value in this argument but this way of thinking has contributed to the high divorce rate in western societies and by extension dissolution of the family unit. Which has been proven to have negative effects on the next generation.
I see your point, however, that is not what was being necessarily advocated in this video. Rather the proposition in the video is that individuals in relationships should never just "stick it out" because they have been with their partner for x amount of time. This line of thinking can be detrimental to your levels of overall life happiness and satisfaction. You want to be with someone because you see amazing qualities in them. I'd also argue the divorce rate is high because people tend to marry people they are not fully sold on and as a consequence build resentment towards them with time because they weren't their ideal partner to begin with.
Agreed
You can and I'm saying this from personal experience
Older is easier.. if you can't gird your loins, you are still a child..

No

What happened? How did Americans lose all common sense, logic & and self-preservation instinct? It's wild insanity! This is not going to end well imo 😢
Yeah tahts stupid as fuck. The intention is still there so it underminds any inconclusive data that might be present. Its like saying oh Guy A killed 10 people, but had the chance to kill 20 more and didn't. Yet Guy B killed 10 people, but didnt want to kill anyone else. The intention was carried out via action. Which is the whole point.
Doesnt matter if they are selective. If I buy a second hand car I have to pay for the damages caused by others. I aint talking about cars
what a load of BS !

...that is not the Halo Effect. The Halo Effect is that people with one positive quality (e.g., nice, attractive, funny) are more likely to be perceived more positively in other aspects. For example more attractive people are simetimes perceived to be smarter or more capable.
Thank you Sarah, we agree! We touched on this in the description of the video. Our video explanation rather speaks about how the Halo effect can influence how receptive people may be to us when we do ask for things 😊
some people can't help but jump from one person to another because they're addicted to that lifestyle... p.s. not a good lifestyle
His girl is also some other dudes girl
And this is according to witch study exactly!
Why aren’t they experiencing this partying together.. isn’t that what being in a relationship is about experiencing building a life of memories together….
Sort of, I personally don't like going to parties or clubbing or anything. I didn't care if she went out and did things without me. Spending all of your time together is a pretty juvenile way of going about a relationship.
