@@batmanbill1 sad to hear. If you see him, say hi from the guy who was stranded at the Best Western for nearly a week. What a great bunch of folks in the porch lounge, too. Unforgettable. We drove Asa around in his Lincoln, he showed us some of the sights. Great stories exchanged, we also met some folks from GA Music HOF, including Otis Redding III.

It was out of key but he is only human with a very large bass. I can forgive a sour note, especially on a 6 string fretless bass. It was an amazing show!

@@batmanbill1 he was in key, but his intonation was out. I think Wooten overhyped him on purpose.

@@kristophermiller6160 I think he sounds out of tune soooo often and really surprised he plays with Victor! This one is exceptionally bad however. No he is not trying to sound out of tune on purpose. I've heard him sound really really good but bad way tooo often.

it sounded fine to my ear, yea the intonation wasnt standard but bending/sliding to different notes is mandatory not optional in some music theory around the world. think ur someone who listens to music from a very specific (white) perspective u dont have to like how they sound but steve bailey is one of the greats hands down

@@constantstudies, stop sucking his balls, it's ridiculous. He didn't play microtonal composition in some exotic temperament, he was just out of tune. That happens. To be honest, it happens quite frequently with Bailey. I've never heard Brian Bromberg, Alain Caron or Garry Willis to be so badly out of tune.

Kenneth "Bubu" Robinson, was an amazing musician! His drum skills made him highly sought after. He played bass but had also taught himself, keys. He was snatched up by Chris Hicks & became friends with the MTB and was heading up the ladder. His double drumming on ABB songs with Berry Oakley, can be found on my channel. He sharpened his musical skills after years of playing Blues with Robert Lee Coleman. RLC played with Percy Sledge & then picked up by James Brown to be in the JB's. "Hot Pants" guitar lick and live at the Apollo part 2 is Robert. There are some videos here that may enjoy! We lost Bubu on Jan 25th, 2022 of unknown causes, while at Michael Allmans club in Florida, after laying down drum tracks in the studio. We miss Bubu VERY much! He was like a Brother to me and Loved by many!
