Anyone with this same problem take off the locking ring or undo whatever mechanism holds the lid on, and turn the pool back on it will fill up with air and water and pop it right off, after it pops off just turn off your pool. Make sure you wear clothes that can get wet though😂

My problem is after that. Lid stucked. I use flat screw driver and paint scraper but makes damage on the body of cylinder. anyone has a solution?

No no no, its not that easy to open when its stuck tight.

In an ideal circumstance a pump would run continuously for maximum filtration and circulation. But even getting homeowners to agree to run the pump the 12+ to accomplish 3 water turnovers is a hard sell. Most people seem more concerned with their electric bills and energy use than how much chemicals they are consuming. Pretty common for pool service techs to increase the pump hours only to have the homeowner come behind them and turn it back down no matter how many times you try to educate on this point. There’s absolutely no doubt that mechanically removing organic debris with filtration makes for less chemical use. Good video of anybody will listen
