One important thing that comes with experience/time is throttle control!!!! Unless you’re a natural that’s one thing you need to tell someone when riding for the first time take it slow🌊🌊🌊 Same thing with lifting weights don’t start lifting a Elephant first

I got a 21 Zero FX in the states for 13g so like 9 eur, 7.2 battery, if you ride 30mph or less you get 90 mile range, if you ride 65 and pass at 80mph you get 46 mile range, but i would never ever buy another electric again with 8.5 hour charge at 110v monitor cable charging. There is something to be said about how quiet it is...super neat on the trails.

That last video is funny but it's 100% fake, you can tell the guy is actually good at riding, he never once actually hurts himself and he turns away from the tree like a pro. Only time he falls is in safe grass and never actually crashes/damages the bike or himself.

I had one , same colour! Beautiful. My friend had a red one. We did an Iron Butt Ride from the East Coast of South Africa (Durban, Indian Ocean Coast) leaving at exactly sunrise as the sun appeared on the horizon. Our destination was Port Nolloth on the West Coast (Atlantic Ocean) a distance of 1696km. Mostly riding between 220 and 240kmph we did the trip non-stop (except for fuel) in 12 hours with daylight to spare! Our average speed was 164kph. The bikes were perfect, lovely to handle. Next day we rode home! 😂👍

It’s crazy the amount of people that will let a new rider on a powerful street or dirt bike with no helmet and minimal instruction. Super dangerous, but also funny sometimes.

It's a really great machine, but, in my opinion, the best achieved is the RD04 🔥 It has better chassis (superior driving position and maneuverability), is more robust (bullet-proof frame and adjustable suspensions), sensors in the tank that provide fuel level information... RD04 is another category 👌

Decided 2 months ago at the ripe old age of 51 to live the dream and learn to ride a motorcycle with the goal of doing a Morocco/North Sahara tour next year. Just purchased my own '98 XRV750 in Red/White/Blue this last weekend and intend to add many more miles on top of its current 22k!

a noob that dumps the clutch makes the bike lurch. this makes them twist the throttle open. it’s a very common reason for crashes.

Last year I had the opportunity to test ride a Zero, must admit it’s a fun bike to ride, however the slightly older models looked a bit tatty being all plastic , would I buy one, it’s a no for me ,I’ll stick with the GS Adventure 1250.

Ik heb deze lampen ook. Het lichtbeeld is mooi en de lampen zijn heel fel. De kwaliteit van de behuizing is echter zeer matig. Er komen snel gaatjes in en daar komt water in. Dit water zorgt voor sluiting, waardoor de lampen zwak branden zonder dat de schakelaar in is geschakeld…

I was looking to buy one, but 52hp for 210kg is not good.... Sorry... Im not going to tolerate 210kg for 52hp, for that weight i need at least 75hp, and it´s surrealistic that a Bi/twin engine can´t perform at least 70-80hp... For that power ratio better to put a single piston and bualá, 50hp, less weight, more torque and better all around.

Dump the folding cup and the coffee. It won't save much weight but personally, I can't see the point of coffee; or even tea for that matter, so why bother? Especially as you keep losing/ can't find this stuff! Crazy. I only drink water and beer. From the bottle, so no need for 'cups'. A Camel Back rather than just buy a half-litre of water at a petrol station? Water is heavy, so why carry it on your back? Like you say, it's Europe. You skate over the camping stove issue, your best advice being to pack small, fair play. But what are you cooking in or eating from? I agree that packet food is not even worthy of the name, but you will need a pan or something with which to actually cook your locally sourced food. Talking of food, in Europe, Aldi and Lidl are your best friends. Cheap and cheerful as we say in England, and they usually have nice clean toilet facilities. Essential. Aldi and Lidl also have safe, easy motorcycle access because they are generally small in size. You can park your bike, nip in to do your shopping and get back to the bike in the reasonably safe knowledge that you haven't been robbed from the panniers etc. Some European Hyper-Markets such as Carrefour et al (much as I love Carrefour) are so huge that doing a basic shop takes an eternity and puts you more at risk from unwelcome visitors. I am committed to using local, small food suppliers however, so supermarkets of all shapes and sizes will be a last resort. I am off to Hoek Van Holland via Harwich this Friday, and then riding my Himalayan to wherever I find interesting. Not yet booked a return ferry. Ride safe. Love and peace.

The strain gauge switch (which is what the Cordona quickshifter/downshift rev matched ‘blipper’) is in fact the absolute top level currently used in elite superbike the world over. Granted - certain bikes such as the BMW S1000RR/M1000RR generally use an Alpha Racing ECU with standalone Motec electronics controller/data logging etc etc and it’s Indeed much more advanced not to mention starts at $12,000.00USD. However the tech for this device is by design identical. The 1-2 shift just requires slightly more attention. Simply use a bit more motion on foot lever and you’ll never get that ‘false neutral’ where rpm’s build and when it finally finds 2nd maybe a grind or ugly noise. I’ve no affiliation with Cordoba besides some top level superbike mechanics and data number crunchers said to give it a go on my 22 BMW S1000RR. It’s working A+ and I’d say the Honda unit is not more quality/technology or otherwise - simply more $$$. I’ve no dog in the fight but strain gauge is the exact technology correctly being used by guys who are at the pinnacle of their craft. I had second guessed the info myself and given time to research and verify by others far more knowledgeable than myself and came to find short of a full race level stand alone $12,000.00 race ECU that this is simply a small part of - you indeed would be hard pressed to get superior quickshifter. Of course some simply prefer other brands or software that offer some other specific benefits such as programmable kill times per for each gear change (as in a slightly longer 1-2 shift kill time (say 120 milliseconds where 2-3 3-4 4-5 5-6 might be set to 80 milliseconds as the dreaded false neutral isn’t a worry). When on 1,000cc superbike with 200hp to rear wheel if you fail to be very accurate on the 1-2 shift and limp stroke the lever while running full redline RPM of 13,500 it can make for a real bad day. But if this Cordoba can easily perform that service it should surely do you proud and reliable on your fantastic adventure motorcycle. Safe traveling out there!

Hello, I also had to come back to thank you. This was so cheap so I had to try it and it works just like you say. Ive tried Cardo with speakers inside the helmet but I was never satisfied with the sound and just like you say you could barely hear anything.. People are using earplugs with filters and say it sounds good as those earplugs let the music through but Ive tried that too and its still bad. The sound is still too weak and Ive tried this in both Shoei and HJC helmets and tried different placements of the speakers but the sound is just so bad. All riders saying they are happy with their Cardo / Sena etc just say that to make them feel better with their purchase. I bought the bluetooth reciever you talk about and a pair of plugfones (earplugs with built in speakers) and it works great. Now I can finally listen to quality music / gps directions / notifications etc and no wind and im protecting my ears at the same time. Thank you so much!!

We use mph and kg in the UK bro. I don't think you can call this a sports touring bike either. I think it's a touring tour bike.
